LHC Services did a great job replacing our existing deck with a new screened porch. Lee and Alexis communicated with us effectively and work crews were punctual and were a pleasure to deal with. Time frame for completing this job was met and finished in about 30 days. All in all, this was a very good experience

We love our new composite deck and paver patio! An old treated lumber deck and crumbly patio were replaced. A new retaining wall along the patio was also installed.
LHC Services is a trustworthy, top-notch company. Lee was constantly checking on our project, making sure his crews were on task. Crews were friendly, reliable, and skilled. Alexis was in communication nearly every day. Working with LHC on this big project was a pleasure; if an issue popped up, Lee promptly sorted it to our satisfaction. We highly recommend!

Deck Improvement Project = SUCCESS! LHC Service returned my call within 24 hours of reaching out to them. The project manager, Alexis, was with me from the start answered all my questions and visited then property at least twice in order for us to get handrails and a privacy fence on an already existing deck. We wanted to use hog wire for a different look and they made it happen! She let us know early on that a tree service and electrician would be involved to repair and add some electric outlets for our outdoor needs. She arranged all that and everyone was logistically lined up and did excellent work. The entire project last 2.5 days and we couldn’t be happier. The line of communication were clear and easy (phone calls, texts and emails) and the daily visits helped keep me informed & able to add a few extras (more electrical help and an additional tree removal). Very pleased - would use again for other projects.

I recently had a screen porch and patio built by LHC Services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Lee, the owner, was very approachable and took the time to discuss my vision for the project. But I have to give a special shout-out to Alexis, the project manager. She was truly wonderful throughout the process.
What impressed me most was her communication. While I was out of the country, she made it a point to send me updates and pictures of the progress. It made me feel really connected to the project, even from afar.
The entire team was professional and dedicated, and they paid attention to every little detail. The quality of the work is fantastic and their price point for the project was much less than the competitors. The porch has become my favorite room in the house and I use it every day. I highly recommend LHC Services if you are thinking about any home improvement.

Tim was prompt, professional, and great guy to work with. He kept me informed of his progress on my bathroom repair every step of the way. I never had to stress or worry about the job because he kept in touch and was very communicative. As someone with little to no knowledge about this area of home repair, it was nice to have it all explained in a way that made sense. Also thank you Tim for fixing the awful paint job the previous contractor did. We love the new color and the bathroom looks great!

My house endured severe water damage due to ice damming this winter. Tim and his crew did an impeccable job with the repairs in our home along with a mid-winter complete tear-off of our roof. Tim was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process and answered any questions and concerns my wife and I had. We can’t say enough good things about Pro Contracting and highly recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommend Tim with Pro Contracting! He is extremely professional, reliable and answered all our questions. He was also great about keeping in good communication with my husband and I about what was going on with our house and the plans moving forward. Pro Contracting completed repairs, along with putting on a new roof after ice damming occurred resulting in water in both our main bedrooms. Our bedrooms are now completely warm, dry and repainted! And we have a solid roof over our heads thanks to Tim and his crew. Can’t say enough good things about Tim and his company!

Tim and his crew are very polite and present themselves professionally at all times. They take pride in their work, pay attention to every detail, respond quickly and pleasantly to changes made during the project, listened to our concerns and requests, and are very easy to work with.

They did an outstanding job on all aspects of our addition including the foundation, framing, hvac, electrical, window & door installation, interior finishing (phenomenal dry wall work), painting, roofing, siding, gutters, and extending our concrete patio. They also went above and beyond the project scope to repair our deck stairs.
