Lee and his team did an excellent job on our screen porch addition. We are beyond pleased and have enjoyed using the new outdoor space. He was so flexible with the many changes we made along the way!

We needed to replace our upstairs screened in porch after getting some water damage. Among the multiple contractors we looked at, LHC Services provided the fastest timeline and among the most competitive pricing. I really appreciate how communicative Lee and his team were throughout the entire project. We live in a fairly crowded part of the city and they were also very respectful and considerate with our neighbors. I’ll be going back to LHC services as my first choice for any and all work on my home in the future.

LHC quickly provided a detailed estimate which was competitive with other contractors. Moreover, Lee made several recommendations which significantly improved the overall design. LHC scheduled the work in a timely fashion. Alexis is a very effective communicator and kept us apprised about all ongoing activities. In summary, we are very satisfied with LHC’s professional workmanship and the finished project.

We used LHC to replace some water damaged flooring on a screen porch along with redoing the entire porch with new screening and new posts. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. We were very pleased with everyone that was working with us. If something is not right, they will work with you until it is right. Would recommend them if you need some remodeling done on your porch/ decks.

LHC built a garage with an electrical subpanel, a stamped concrete patio and a large pergola for us. It was an amazing transformation to our home. Lee's team was always on time even during pandemic supply chain issues and they did great work. The garage and patio were built a year ago and we haven't had any problems.

Lee and his team helped us navigate a fairly complex permitting issue for our deck while we were in the process of selling our home.

Not only were they able to complete the work in a timely manner, but they interfaced with the city on our behalf to ensure everything was compliant.

The only thing I can say is these guys are great. It took them 2 days to complete the job and it is perfection. Everybody in their whole organization is great to work with. I'm going to definitely use them for more projects around the house.

My old deck was rotting and needed to be entirely replaced. Lee Peck and LHC Services provided a reasonable estimate and completed the job in the estimated time frame (despite delays from rainy weather). He and his team were professional and responsive. The new deck completely transforms the look of my backyard and I look forward to enjoying many evenings sitting on the back porch. 100% would recommend if you are looking to repair or replace your decking. Lee and his team did a fantastic job on our front porch! We had the steps replaced and the ceiling portion redone as well. They also did a custom door for our 1923 Bungalow in northside. They did such a great job we had them come back and do our deck a few months later. They do quick, but quality work. Love working with LHC!

LHC Services built me a new two story garage. I am beyond thrilled with it. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lee Peck. LHC Services just completed a large decking and patio project at my home. They were on time, on budget and used premium products for the build. Mr. Peck is one of the best contractors I have used over the years. He is very conscientious about his work, and has a good team, especially his carpenter Mike, who is a true craftsman. From demolition of the old deck, to the construction of the new deck, clean up, and attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. I have highly recommended Mr. Peck to neighbors and friends.

We had a 20 year old deck that had seen better days. I contacted Lee and he came over and we discussed replacing the deck with a screened in deck. Lee promptly provided a quote that was in the range of our budget and we moved forward. Lee’s Team and subs he used did a great job. From tear down to final product the team did high quality work throughout. As I write this review I am enjoying a beautiful Saturday afternoon in my finished screened in deck and loving it! I highly recommend Lee for your project.

We had a great experience working with LHC Services on our deck and retaining wall project. They were quick, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. The workmanship is excellent, and they focused on exactly what we needed without trying to upsell or expand the scope beyond our goals. Everything was done safely, efficiently, and with care. We’ll absolutely be using their services again in the future!

LHC did a great job on our new garage. I went with them because of their experience and ability to handle all aspects of the project - especially permitting. They were flexible with changes throughout the project and patient during all the ups and downs of a multi-month build.

The only thing I would’ve changed about our process wasn’t on LHC. I would’ve required 3D mock-ups from an architect and worked out every single detail prior to breaking ground (siding color, shingles, windows, fixtures, even outlet placement). It was great that LHC was so flexible but with that came the obvious price changes and some minor delays that could’ve been easily avoided if we were better prepared on the front-end of the project. Again, the changes were not LHC’s fault and we’re grateful they allowed/accommodated them.

Lee and his crew were great to work with. Lee always kept us informed of what to expect each week. His employees were always on task and respectful of our property. We were able to make changes along the way. His prices were very reasonable compared to other garage quotes we received. All of his employees are true craftsmen in their trade. We look forward to having Lee do several other projects in the near future.

We are so pleased with the new screened in porch and stamped concrete outdoor area that LHC Services built for us! The owner, Lee Peck, and his team were super to do business with. Lee remained in contact with us throughout the project and kept us informed of the status and next steps as the job progressed. Every single person that came to our property was polite, on-time, skilled, and hard working. Their workmanship is excellent and really stands out!
