Ryan was professional, punctual, and very good at his job. After he finished fixing my deck he stained it for me. Three to four weeks later he checked in to see how the stain was holding up and came back out on his own to add another two coats. This act showed he cares about his customers and work product. I would highly recommend Ryan and I will be calling him again.

Maniaci did an amazing job on our deck. We had several boards that were rotted and needed replacing. Jose came out and got to work pulling all the old boards and replacing them with new. The work was professional and looks great. Highly recommend calling Maniaci if you need work done on your deck.

Needed deck repairs done badly to stop water leaking into my basement. Ryan was great, they were able to fit us in their schedule quickly. They were knowledgeable and happy to answer questions during the repair process. Final product looked great and no more water intrusion! I got multiple bids from different contractors from home depot, Ryan over at Maniaci Construction was one of the 3 they sent me. After a few conversations with Ryan i liked how professional he was. He was about $6000.00 more than the other 2 guys home depot sent me, but given he has an actual place of business and has many reviews and pictures along with being early and very responsive i felt i was getting what i was paying for!
His crew rebuilt our deck that was falling apart all in about a week total. The deck came out way better than I imagined and im sure glad i went with Maniaci Construction HANDS DOWN!!!

Maniaci did a fantastic job building two decks and stairs on my home. The job was completed on time with exceptional quality. One board that had split was replaced without question. Workers were on time and courteous. If you need a project done do not hesitate to call them for estimates. You will be happy you did.

I needed a front porch repair on my home. Other contractors I contacted were only interested in completely ripping out the old and building new. Ryan listened to my ask and quoted what was necessary, saving me nearly 50% over the next lowest estimate. Lead time from contract to completion was stellar. Project was completed quicker than promised. The finished product is very appealing to the eye, and SOLID. I could not be happier with the craftsmanship of the finished product. I absolutely recommend Maniaci Construction.

After contacting what felt like every deck builder in the St. Louis, I finally took a chance and contacted the number I saw on a sign posted at the intersection by my neighborhood. I am glad I did. Ryan came right out to take a look at my existing deck and make suggestions. We were able to save the base structure (where all the other companies wanted to rip everything out and start new), add some extra support beams and then put down new decking and railing. Everything turned out great! His crew was fantastic too, they kept everything cleaned up and organized. With a dog and two kids I was worried about them stepping on rogue screw, not an issue with this crew. From the time we decided to move forward with project to the time it was finished was a little over 2 months, Ryan did a great job of keeping us updated on timing materials showing up and when the crew would start. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for repairs or a whole new deck.

From hello to goodbye, the whole experience with Maniaci Construction was one that was top notch in every aspect. They did a great job on our fence and was detailed in their description in what they were going to to accomplish. When we first contacted Maniaci Construction, we weren't sure what to expect. We have a 20 year old deck and needed to replace the hand rails that were damaged by the hail storm. Ryan came out to do an evaluation, and what convinced us to go with Maniaci Construction was Ryan's honesty. He took his time to look over everything and gave us good advice on what we need to do without hardselling unnecessary replacements. Ryan and his team did a wonderful job updating the look on our deck by replacing the hand rails and some minor fixes.
