There was excellent communication from start to finish in the process. The quality of work appears outstanding. The crew' paid attention to detail in the build and kept the job site tidy. Ryan was responsive to questions and addressed all (minor) concerns I had. We are pleased with our fence and I would not hesitate to recommend Maniaci Construction to others.

Having used quite of few contractors in my life, I always watch for the really good ones. One you can trust, one with the talent to see what you can't see, one that is honest, caring about your project, and efficient with his crew and time. I felt like I hit a gold mine when I met Ryan Maniaci! He is the real deal. I soon learned he started with a grandfather who gave him a hammer at age 8 and taught him to be, in my opinion, one of the up and coming great ones! Thank you Grandpa! Ryan's crew were wonderful, respectful, and caring men who knew what they were doing 100% and who clean up after working, always respectful to you and your property! I couldn't believe we found them and they were available! They did several jobs for us from small to large projects and if you want a deck , I highly recommend them.. If you want a renovation, yes, I highly recommend them for that as well. Even if it is a small job building a banister for.a garage stair....you bet ! Do yourselves a favor and hire Maniaci Construction so you have a pleasant experience not a sour one. The work was very professional and the communication was excellent which is hard to find these days. When you need the job done right, he's your guy. He was trained well and even though he is younger than most, he's a wise old sole thanks to Grandpa. We done sir!

Maniaci is young and hungry, which means he works extra hard to make sure he delivers a top product. We just had a new deck installed on our South City home and couldn't be happier with the results. Looking forward to warm weather hangs outside!

Maniaci construction was very easy to work with and had a very quick turn around time. Trusted them with a 10k+ repair and everything went as smooth as it should have. I recommend them to anyone needing their services! Their professionalism is unmatched.

Maniaci Construction recently completed a full deck replacement for us, which included tear-down and removal of our previous deck. We are extremely happy with the result. There were a couple unexpected challenges along the way, but they were managed well. We love our new deck and highly recommend Ryan and his team.

Ryan Maniaci was great to work with. My wife and I love that he has his prices transparently posted to his site. He didn't oversell us and gave us exactly what we wanted. There was even an issue during construction that was our fault for not including in the bid and he still took care of us. The finished deck is outstanding. Great company!

Ryan and his team were excellent. They repaired my deck by replacing the support and horizontal beams in additional to other small items. I was impressed with their attention to detail and quality. They even addressed small issues they found along the way without changing the cost. As someone who is typically hesitant about contractors, I highly recommend them.

We had previously received a couple of other quotes for a new deck. Upon meeting and speaking with Ryan and immediately detecting his knowledge, experience, honesty and integrity of his company, we decided to have him build our new backyard deck. Ryan was always ready to address and correct any concerns or problems that occurred along the way in a timely manner and was always available.

We cant say enough about the work ethic, professionalism and character of Ryan and his crew.

We highly recommend Maniaci Construction Inc. and we will look to them 1st for any additional building needs we may have in the future.

We could not be happier with the job Maniaci Construction performed on our deck. We have a small 10x10 deck outside our three season room which needed new flooring after 25 years. The infrastructure was good so the deck floor replacement, one post replacement, a post repair (with new footing) and new railing was needed. In a short few days, Ryan and his team did an outstanding job without impacting the three season room which utilizes the same infrastructure. Fantastic work!

My dad developed mobility issues, and these guys were able to come over and install a railing on relatively short notice. They were flexible with the scheduling, and installed a sturdy railing that looks great with the rest of the house!

Ryan Maniaci is a true professional who cares about his customers and we are so happy to have selected Maniaci Construction to do our deck repairs and upgrades!! The crew that we had on site, Alex, Stephen and Jose did an outstanding job and hats off to them for listening, understanding and working through some things we wanted to change or modify throughout the rebuild process. I saw the Maniaci sign on a corner and gave them a call. Ryan came right out and drew up plans for a pool deck. I was impressed by his professionalism and how he listened to everything that I wanted. His crew are a pleasure to work with. Our pool deck turned out Amazing! Our whole family loves it!!! I have asked them to install a privacy fence next. Ryan and his team are The Best!!

Ryan and his crew were extremely professional and thorough in building our new deck. We are very pleased with the results! Also, when Ryan bid on our project, he listened to what our needs were for the new deck and did not use sales pressure tactics, unlike some of the other contractors we considered.
