We compared Everything Backyards with 3 other companies before accepting the proposal. Their pricing was in the middle. But the knowledge conveyed during the estimation process stood out as a company that knew their stuff and would make the job perfect. They did!

The awning that was installed in my backyard has been a great addition. It provides much-needed shade and the team took great care in ensuring that everything was done correctly. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Their roof and gutter division is great, but their backyard and decking division is terrible. They contracted to redo our deck and then broke the contract because the process, which they fully controlled, was taking too long and they refused to refund what we paid them despite them achieving nothing included in the contract.

The builders who constructed my new deck provided an exceptional experience from beginning to end. They were punctual, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project was completed to my satisfaction. Their professionalism and craftsmanship were truly top-notch, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a similar project.

This review is based on customer service. I called this place to get an estimate to have my pergola replaced. George was supposed to come to take measurements but never showed. I called a second time and he gave me a new date to come out the following week. I informed him I wouldn’t be home but he could access the yard and take measurements as what I wanted was exactly the same as what I had. He had agreed to this. The date came and he left me a message saying I wasn’t home and we would reschedule. Called back to find out what the issue was and never got a call back. Called again and still nothing. Great customer service George. All the best to this company, and good luck to anyone else trying to get a simple estimate.

Needed a small area in our backyard for our lounge chairs. We called this company and met with the designer. His ideas were great and we ended up with a beautiful paver patio! Great company and the team was fantastic!

I hired these guys to put up a fence and a Brick patio in my backyard. They did not disappoint. They were all very professional and had no problem answering my questions and putting any concerns I had to rest. The end result was just beyond my wildest expectations, AND they cleaned everything up before they left. Had it not been for the great work they did I would have never known they were there. I’m already lining up some projects for them in the fall. Thatsnk ao much guys

I highly recommend NC Deck & Railing for your deck replacement or new deck. I called and two days later they gave me the estimate. This company is very professional, and the work is top notch. They showed up on time and worked all day. They took away the old deck and left no mess for me to worry about. I can't wait to have a cookout and show off the deck!

My 17 year old deck was seriously warping in the middle and the galvanized double joists that support the deck were failing underneath, rending the deck unsafe for use. Corey came out the day after my call to assess the situation and due to the safety concerns, Ross and his crew started immediately and had completed the project within 3 days including installing a new complete handrail system and gate at the driveway. I could not happier with end result, and the professionalism responsiveness of Corey, Ross and their crew.

These guys did an outstanding job rebuilding our deck. It is now ten times stronger and should last for years. Their cost was also very reasonable and when there was a major hiccup in the middle of construction they completed the build at no additional cost.

We recently worked with NC Decking and Railing to extend our back deck, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The finished deck looks fantastic, and just as importantly, the process was one of the easiest home projects we’ve taken on. I truly appreciated the effort they put in to make everything stress-free.

After years of struggling with our deck and not being able to keep it structurally sound or useable we contacted NC Deck and Railing to help us tear it down and build a new one.
We could not be more pleased. The work is excellent. The deck is beautiful and we love it. Steven, Corey, Ross, and all of the team are professional, dedicated and just good at their jobs. Their workmanship is exceptional so much so we asked them to replace our front porch rails and post in addition to building the deck
The entire process from tear down of the old deck to the build of the new deck was stress free. We now have a wonderful outdoor area we can enjoy with our family.

NC deck and railing showed up explained everything, things that the other companies missed. We did not tie into the house they built piers to secure the deck. Made several other suggestions that made for a wonderful deck and stairs. I highly recommended them

These guys are awesome , Like most home projects I regretted even having to do it. But this was a pleasure, from estimate to completion it was smooth as silk.

A guy came and took a picture (his card says his name is Corey). Said he’d send an estimate within a couple days. Never received the estimate. Tried calling them. Haven’t returned my call.

Corey and his crews did a wonderful job replacing the load bearing beams on my front porch. They were there to perform the work in a timely fashion and completed it even faster without creating short cuts. The crew keep our yard clean of debris and without damaging the yard or any other area of the property. Thanks Corey.

No doubt, 5 stars for a job well done. If a new deck is in your future, please consider this company. They are very professional and on time with their work schedule. Their crew was very professional and clean up was a breeze.
