Phil, Tim, and the entire team at PHI Decks were great. Our neighbor referred us to them and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The digital rendering of our deck made the design portion a breeze. We were also given options to balance the cost. The build and cleanup were timely and the team even stopped back to make a small adjustment within 24 hours of my reaching out. Overall I would strongly recommend PHI Decks.

This is the second deck that PHI has designed and built for us. The first time we dealt with Phil and PHI the experience was smooth and uneventful and the end result exceeded our expectations. It only made sense that we would work with PHI on our second deck. Once again we had the pleasure and privilege of coordinating the project with Phil. Everything was as perfect as the first time. Phil is extremely knowledgable and kept us well-informed throughout the project. Everyone communicated frequently and effectively. There were no surprises. PHI Decks originally stated that the deck would be finished the second week in June. I'm pleased to say that they finished it a week early which gave us more time to enjoy it. Let's face it....PHI isn't the cheapest deck contractor. But I didn't want "cheap". You get what you pay for. PHI used the best materials and completed the deck quickly, professionally and precisely. I am proud to be able to recommend PHI Decks to my friends and neighbors.

PHI has been the best contractor I've ever worked with. The guys took great pride in their work, the craftsmanship was top notch, they clearly enjoyed working with each other. Communications was exceptional and they were very careful to honor Covid precautions. I can't recommend PHI highly enough. I wish they did kitchen remodels...! I just hope we can find a remodeling contractor that is as good as PHI has been for our custom deck.

PHI was one of the 4 companies I considered. They were in the final 2 list when we checked references. We selected them when instead of following our initial design, they came forward with a much better design, instead of just quoting what we had in mind. They delivered on time, very high quality product. In addition, all the team was easy to work with. Very kind and professional team. We were delighted. We couldn’t be more happy with Patrick, Brian, Eric, the designer, the concrete company.

Erich Dahlin came out to help repair our new deck that had shifted over the winter. He did an excellent job repairing the cracked joists, shoring up areas and adjusting railings that were leaning because of the joists. He was courteous, explained what had happened and got the job done in a timely fashion. I really appreciated his work!

PHI was amazing to work with. Our screened-in porch project was not a large project but they scheduled it right in and completed it a full month before their estimated deadline. It looks great and we are very please. These guys are great to work with. They communicate! When was the last time a contractor actually communicated with the homeowner? Highly recommend PHI. We recently had PHI install the Sun Coast Power screens on our west facing deck at our cooperative . PHI sent a lot of time meeting with our coop residents showing us our options. Twenty some residents ordered 30 screens for various deck configurations. When the order was placed we got a delivery date which they beat but a week. They set up a schedule to install them they were on time and very professionally installed them in about two weeks. The installers were very neat and efficient making the whole process painless and enjoyable. Now we get to enjoy our deck and cut down on AC.

Phi Decks (and Suncoast Twin Cities) built a pergola for us this fall. They did an amazing job. The design phase was really helpful. We worked with Patrick. He was very good at explaining everything. I was most impressed by the attention to details. I really appreciated how he went over all the materials and colors. Our visit to their office was really helpful. I was able to see a display product. I worked with Peter and his team for the construction phase. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Peter was very prompt in updating me when I had a question. The finished product was just beyond amazing. This was a great investment. I highly recommend Phi Decks and their sister company Suncoast Twin Cities.

Great experience with Phi Decks. Good support during the sales process, and their showroom was helpful in making decisions. They were flexible in a complex build and helped us time out work with other parties for a concrete patio pour. And when they started the deck work, the craftsmanship was excellent - rock solid, well thought out, and beautiful result. Highly recommend!
