Deck Builder reviews across the US

PHI Decks was able to meet our specific size and details for the pergola we wanted. From the initial discovery meeting to the final installation, Patrick, their PM, communicated well with us on all aspects of the job. Peter and Alex, did a great job on the installation. We are looking forward to taking advantage of our new space this spring.

We couldn't be happier with PHI Decks. We used them for a Pergola installation. We were left in a really bad spot with a prior contractor. I'm so grateful to PHI Decks for pulling us out. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and workmanship makes them a well recommended company. We worked directly with Tim Brown, Pete, and Travis for our project. All were highly skilled and great to work with! I would highly recommend PHI Decks!

Fully recommend Brandon, Jay, and the whole staff. Great guys who do awesome work as well! Some delays in products and us being picky, but they were there to help in any way that they could to make it perfect!

We recently had a porch and deck built by PHI Decks, and the craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding. Every detail reflects their commitment to quality and precision. The entire team was attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. What really stood out was the owner’s involvement—he was hands-on, communicative, and truly went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional customer experience. If you’re looking for a company that takes pride in their work and delivers with integrity, PHI Decks is the one to trust!

Working with PHI Decks was awesome from start to finish. Patrick in sales was very helpful from the first inquiry to the end. He answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy like some salesmen.

Brian, the owner was great to work with as well. Their crew was very nice and respectful and always left the job site clean.

As far as the work/craftsmanship, the deck turned out so good. The attention to detail was obvious and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

If you are looking for a deck builder in Plymouth or a deck builder in the Twin Cities, you won't regret using PHI Decks. Thanks!

We love our new deck and really appreciated the PHI team that built it . Jake kept us well informed throughout the project . Brandon and the crew completed it with amazing attention to detail. Our neighbors even commented on how neat everything was kept daily and how kind the crew was . We agree! We are really glad we chose them for our project . Lee Anne & David Laskey

PHI did a great job building our new deck! Things took a little longer than expected, largely due to weather but the end product was worth the wait! Very reasonably priced and the craftsmanship is solid. Would recommend and use them again.

We are just finishing up a 3-season porch/deck addition with PHI in Plymouth and have had a wonderful experience. From the start, Patrick with sales/design was incredibly helpful in bringing our (very specific) vision to life and was so friendly and patient through multiple plan iterations. I can't say enough good things about the actual building crew, as well, especially Brandon- our head framer. The crew was always incredibly professional, kept me up to date, and really were such genuinely nice guys to have around. I was hesitant about building a deck in the winter, but these guys are incredibly hard working and didn't slow a bit. The end product has come out beautiful and PHI is an easy recommendation. Anyone can build a deck, but working with great people really makes a difference in the project experience!

We love our new deck! We had an excellent experience from bidding, design, to completion. The tradesmen who do the work on every phase of the project are highly skilled. Their attention to detail was outstanding. We have the nicest deck in our neighborhood! We highly recommend PHI decks!

We couldn't be happier with our new Phi Decks project! These guys were terrific from start to finish. Their showroom was excellent, and their design team really did a great job creating a unique outdoor entertainment space. We probably weren't their easiest customer, but we sure did get everything we'd asked for!

Everyone that worked on the project was cordial and professional. Phi had to work around other contractors during our whole home remodel, and did a great job working with and around all the other teams on site. The end result really is stunning! LOVE OUR NEW PHI DECKS!

Excellent work and trust worthy will definitely use again

Great job and prices. Would recommend to family and friends.

This company did a fantastic job. Good pricing great job cleanup.

I had such a great experience with Mario and his employees, they did really great job building a deck at my backyard.

Alex and his brother did a great job on my covered deck. I will also be having him screen in my porch soon. Highly recommend him and his company!

Finally a good contractor!!! Everything about the process was good. I was a little hesitant about paying the initial 1/3rd deposit at first as I didn't know much about them. However I understand that they would need the money to buy the materials, I am impressed with the material selection and quality workmanship. They completed the project ahead of schedule and kept the worksite clean. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Mario and his staff saved us from a botched deck job from another contractor. They worked so fast and so efficient & finished the job in less than a week. We are so pleased with their work & professionalism, they checked out all the boxes and I give them 5 stars.

Alex and his team did an outstanding job constructing a screened in porch (3 seasons room) for my home. He also was able to construct a storage area under the porch as I requested. His execution of this project surpassed all my expectations. I knew what I wanted it to look like and he made it better. I highly recommend Alex for any project. Great price, great quality, great guy. Thanks Alex.

My husband and I wanted to get at least 3 estimates before deciding on a company to replace our old deck with composite flooring. However, after meeting Mario, we both had very positive vibes...it was the patience he exuded and his humbling, spirit that convinced us to use MG Luxury Decks. We never once worried if they would show up or complete the job, we just knew they would. They worked tirelessly for 2 wks and finished 1 wk ahead of schedule. It was such a positive and stress-free experience working with Mario. Next spring they will come back and repl the lower deck. Our combined deck is just over 700 sq ft...so we opted to complete it in 2 phases. I am so honored to recommend MG Luxury Decks for your deck project, trusting that you're in good hands.Check out this review of MG Luxery Decks.

Alex and his team were a referral within my neighborhood. He and his team constructed a covered 14x14 deck with a 7x11 extended landing with carousel cascading steps. Alex was excellent with the planning and unlimited customization my family asked of him within the project from start to finish. His workmanship, customer service, and prices have far exceeded our expectations and satisfaction. We recommend Alex’s work to other neighbors constantly and would certainly use him again for our own additional needs if they come up! Do not hesitate to have Alex and his team do your next project!

I absolutely love our new deck and new sliding door. Alex helped with the design and it was just what I wanted. Excellent quality and care went into the project and I highly recommend Alex and his brothers and their team.
