Juan and his team were fantastic! He came highly recommended from my pool contractor and did not disappoint. From the initial pre job meeting to the final punch, Juan was always prepared, courteous and on time.

This company went above and beyond to remove and replace all the stone and tile around my inground pool. Their work ethic is outstanding, they are professional, courteous and clean up after themselves everyday of work . They are almost done and I would recommend them highly. Can’t wait for the finished project. But I would say OUTSTANDING .

Juan and his team were amazing. They replaced the tile around my pool and spa. They had a genuine concern that I was pleased with the work and took pride in their work. I would hire his team again.

We needed the copping around our pool replaced and wanted cool crete on our pool decking. Cool Deck came out and went over everything, gave us an estimate, and a time frame for the project. They repaired several cracks in our concrete and replaced a few areas on the sidewalk that could not be repaired. We went with a concrete copping that would be custom painted to look like stone and selected bone white for the decking. Cool Deck showed up when they said they would and kept me posted with every detail of our project. They finished last week and we couldn't be more pleased with our new pool area. It is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend Cool Deck for their professionalism, experience, and quality of work!

We had our pool deck resurfaced by Cool Deck LLC this spring and we are very happy with the surface and the overall appearance. As advertised it is non-skid and soft and cool on the feet, even under the intense summer sun.

The owner, Juan Marin, is a professional and he delivered what he quoted on time and on budget. His crew was very easy to work with. When problems occurred, they corrected them promptly at no extra cost.

I have owned two backyard pools and have been associated with competitive swimming for over 60 years, and I’ve seen many commercial pools. The Cool Deck product is the best pool surface I’ve seen.

I highly recommend Cool Deck.

Juan and his crew were prompt, professional and courteous during the entire project. Everything that we discussed was completed in an Awsome manner. Our deck looks better than ever

Juan and his team (family and others) did an amazing job. We first started with Cool Deck surfacing and after had them do pavers in our back yard. They cleaned everything and made all look brand new once done. They were available, reliable, responsive, professional, and real. Very pleased with all work done.

Juan has an excellent group of guys that improved the concrete surface of our pool deck. Some of the concrete had been in for more than 25 years and it looks like new! His supervisor, Roberto, was very professional and his crew worked quickly and made sure the work area was spotless when completed. We love the bright new look and most importantly the finish will make those hot summer days more enjoyable and safer! Thank you ❤

We are so pleased with our new Cool Deck pool patio! Juan and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality of their work really shows. The space looks beautiful, feels comfortable underfoot, and has completely elevated our pool area. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Juan and his crew for anyone considering this type of project.

Our three year pool deck was poorly installed and kept bubbling. Original installers did not back up their work. I found these guys on Google and wow they are awesome! We now have a beautiful deck and I highly recommend them! They protect your pool while they work and did an amazing job! Give them a call today!

Our porch and pool deck have been revitalized by Juan and his son and daughter. They make a great team. They communicated well with us for a long big job and were excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend Juan Cool Deck.LLC.
Thank you Juan. Anna and Juan Jr.

Juan at Cool Deck was great to work with on our pool deck refinishing. He and his crew were professional, worked hard & efficiently, and delivered on time at a fair price. We are very happy with our new “cool deck” classic texture and color around the pool. I would highly recommend him.

Juan and his crew did a fantastic job on my pool deck. The pattern on my concrete and the edging around the pool looks great! I would recommend to anyone to use Cool Deck if you want your old "hot" pool deck to go from dull to "cool" and fabulous! We love our new pool!

Juan and his staff were extremely professional and fantastic to work with. They kept the job site clean after they left and were very patient with us as we made some changes thru out the project. We were trying to tie in an existing patio to existing stamped concrete pool decking and they nailed it. I highly recommend Juan and his team for any of your stamped concrete needs.

Juan and his team did a great job updating and repairing my coping and pool deck. This was a big job and it was completed on time and it looks great. I highly recommend cool deck for your decorative concrete needs. Bob C.

I have a non-standard sized storm door that needed to be installed. Rick was professional, prompt, efficient, honest, reasonable, and friendly. I give Rick 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Excellent work, I will recommend him to anyone who needs it.

Rick and crew remodeled my second story deck. They were always on time and worked long hard hours. I am very happy with the results and will be looking to RTI for my future projects.

We needed to remove our old stairs and have a new 24x12 Trex deck built and we found Rick off of the Trex website. I felt better knowing that his quality of work was approved by Trex as he was listed as a TrexPro on their website. Rick was very reasonable on the price and very responsive. He also addressed any of my needs or concerns right away which I really appreciated. Overall, we would recommend RTI construction for anyone needing help with any decking needs.

We had a great experience working with Rick and his team. Workmanship was great. Rick and his team were punctual, and completed our deck project to our expectations. Would certainly recommend or use for any future projects.

Rick and his son rebuilt my old wooden deck. Great price, friendly kind people, happy with the results.
