Summer did a fantastic job…our home was incredibly dusty on account of ongoing construction, and it is wonderful to be sitting in a clean house for the first time in weeks! Also, many thanks to Ruben for being so accommodating finding a time for Summer to come. Thank you, thank you.

I have been using Merry Maids for the last 5 years. I am a single dad with a daughter and an elderly parent to care for, found it to be well worth the price to ensure the house never gets to be too much of a mess. Greatly reduced my stress about housekeeping.

The staff have all been great. I was not sure how comfortable I was having strangers in the house while I was at work initially, but I have nothing but good things to say about the people who have come to the house. I am a big fan of the service.

Have had Merry Maids service for 3 months. We’ve been very pleased with the service, the pleasant attitudes of the cleaners, and the prompt response to any questions we’ve had. Also very amenable to changing a service date. Ruben is very responsive! All of our cleaners have been very thorough but Marielyss is our favorite! The only change I would like is if we could have the same time for each cleaning.

So far so good! Today was our first cleaning and the team did a wonderful job. They were friendly, easy to communicate with, suggestive on how to approach the job but also open to my opinion. Our sales rep, Alyssa, was great too. She answered every question I had prior to booking and responded promptly.

Maid Pro came out to help me clean in the process of moving and selling my home. They went above and beyond what was expected to help make the process easier. They were patient, detailed and, above all else, KIND! They were so thorough, dependable and reliable, they allowed me the opportunity to focus on the hundreds of other things I had to attend to. After further examination, I have modified my rating. Actually, I am very disappointed in the work done by the MaidPro crew. The kitchen sink was not even cleaned and scoured. Really? Some of the floors were not cleaned (where they would have to move things), the recycling wasn't emptied. I also noted several other items that were missed. If I have found this many deficiencies, I wonder what I have missed. I have already lost confidence in the company's services. This service is not inexpensive, and I am paying out that kind of money and getting a poor result in return.

We have been using MaidPro for about 8 months and are very happy. I always ask for Rose and Ashley because they are awesome! I work from home and am here when they come. They are very pleasant to have around and do a great job cleaning. The house smells so good when they are done! Scheduling is a breeze with Chanin.

MaidPro comes in on a biweekly basis and does an excellent job! They are reliable and friendly and I can count on excellent service every time. They keep me informed of who will be cleaning my house and when they will be there. My dad uses them at his house as well because they are really wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

We were very pleased with our first cleaning from MaidPro. It was a big job, as I've had little time to accomplish my normal routine between caring for an infant and homeschooling my other children. Haley and Samantha did a great job! We should have done this years ago... Looking forward to our regularly scheduled cleanings!!

I'm generally pretty pleased with the cleanings I get from this service. This past week, was the first time Shelby and Kylie cleaned for us, and we had some workers in, so it was probable a little more difficult a task this go round. I had to ask them to go over a few spots, but they did so cheerfully. I do hope at least one of them wins a bonus during this holiday season!
