MaidPro Newark has been cleaning our home on a biweekly basis for 6 months now. Rose, in the office has been super-responsive to our inquiries and requests and Michelle and Carola are seasoned professionals and do an awesome job each time. They are always prompt and polite and work quietly and effectively while they are on site. We've basically had them follow the company's 49 point checklist each time but we know if an area needs special attention that they will take care of it for us. Additionally, a set price for each cleaning helps us with our budgeting which we prefer versus an hourly rate. We highly recommend Maid Pro Newark to anyone looking for house cleaning that comes with an added dash of TLC.

I've been using this service for about a year now. Switched from another large cleaning-professional provider and couldn't be happier. Sure there are hiccups with using a company like this. The biggest being time. Pretty sure they're only allowed so much time per sq. feet of the home so there are days where I feel like they're rushed and details are missed. That said, if there wasn't a time limit, I guess teams could really stretch the 49-point checklist and cost would become a bigger factor? Hiring independent cleaning professionals from Angie's List or whatnot can be very costly! So speaking of time and attention to details—there are a few MaidPro professionals in the Wilmington area I'm always requesting and certainly always excited to see. Stephanie is a team of one but really strives to leave the space sparkling. Because she's a team of one, some areas might not be as polished, but she really busts her bum to crush it. And, she's sweet. It's important to have kind people in your home. My favorite team of two is, CeCe and Paige. They really get into all the nooks and shadows where dust and hairballs are hiding. Place feels lighter when they leave.

Over the past several years we have tried a number of cleaning services and have never been completely satisfied "until now". MaidPro delivers what they say. At the end of the service they actually cleaned everything they checked off on the list and more. On top of the great cleaning they provide, they also send reminders, adjust schedules as requested, check to make sure you are satisfied with their service. Excellent overall responsiveness from their management office. Everyone we have had contact with are friendly and professional. My wife and I both work from home and they are very respectful of the need to keep as quiet as cleaning allows. If you have tried other services and are not completely satisfied then you need to try MaidPro. What used to be a pleasant surprise is now just the expected level of great service (although I am still surprised by all of the detail).

I have used several maid services, MaidPro was the best. The manager was affable and went out of her way to accommodate my need to have the cleaning done immediately. The cleaning team paid attention to detail, and did an excellent job. I was impressed with their integrity and professionalism. The manager followed up after the work was completed just to make sure I was satisfied, and I was. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others.

I’ve been using MaidPro for monthly cleanings for almost a year and have been very happy with the communication from the company and how well they clean my home. The cleaners are always very friendly and professional. Some cleaners are better than others at details, but when I have communicated preferences to MaidPro, they are usually able to accommodate preferred cleaners. They are also very flexible with scheduling.

I am ecstatic about the services I've received from Maidpro! It's all about the details for me and they left no request unmet. My home is clean, and fragrant. The professionals were awesome, and super sweet young ladies. I believe great service starts at management on down. The scheduling professionals Rose and Misha were wonderful as well. After searching (and trying) other services, we are having a good experience with MaidPro. In fact we have been using them every two weeks since last January. Although no service is perfect, consistency counts for a lot. Our team consists of Michelle and April. and they have been great. They always come on time and thoroughly clean our home. Sometimes we don't even see them. They handle everything professionally and do it with a smile. Plus, the management allows them to keep coming and avoids substitutions. They are doing a good job for us.

The MaidPro Staff do an awesome job of cleaning my home. I recently went back to work full time, and the house was getting dustier & dustier! Tried a couple other services, but they just weren't worth the money. I came upon MaidPro and have been very happy every since. I love coming home from work when Kelly & her team have been there. Everything sparkles & smells so fresh :-) Keep up the good work!

I was very happy with the cleaning of my home. It had been awhile since I had a cleaning service and was thrilled to have the entire house clean at the same time. The bathrooms were given special attention and that was appreciated. Daria, Michelle and Destiny came this week and did a wonderful job. Looking forward to seeing them again in 2 weeks.

I love this service. I called the Delaware office, Rose was so nice and helped answer all my questions. I am also very appreciative that she got me on the schedule as soon as possible, even though it was her who came out to clean. Her and Danielle did a wonderful job cleaning my home. They both cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen, the base boards look brand new and it looks better than I could ever do!

A few weeks ago we got married in our home, Destiny and Patti did an AMAZING job getting things clean and orderly prior to the celebration. Likewise, Cece and Diamond did an amazing job at our home afterwards. They helped everything look and feel brand new again! Walking into our home nice and clean after our honeymoon was priceless. I'll always use MaidPro! These girls are THE BEST!

I have been using MaidPro for several months now just to help maintain the appearance of the house on a month to month basis. I switched from another company after 3 visits as with each visit they were spending less and less time in my home. I keep the house relatively clean over the coarse of the month but that should that is no excuse to walk in, look around, and basically say well this is good enough and leave while charging me full price. Since switching to MaidPro I can say I have never seen that happen. They take their time and do an excellent job every time. My last service was completed a few days ago by CeCe, she has serviced my home several times in the past and I am always impressed. She is the kind of person that does everything she is supposed to do and still finds time to vacuum the cat tree. If you are considering a cleaning service, give them a try. If you experience is anything like mine you will find it is well worth it.

We've been using MaidPro for several months now and have been very happy with their service. It always makes me so happy when I get my bi-weekly reminder email that the girls will be there that week to clean. Sierra is our regular cleaner and she knows how I like things. She always makes sure that whoever is teaming up with her that day, gets everything just so. Sierra and the girls are always on time and if there needs to be a schedule change for any reason, it's handled early in the week so decisions can be made. I would highly recommend MaidPro, we love them!

I received my first cleaning service from MaidPro Newark today and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Sierra, Daetona and Carola were thorough, quick, courtesy and respectful. The owner, Rose, was also very flexible and understanding. I don't think my house has ever been this clean, and for such an affordable cost. We've been using Maidpro for almost a year, and have been very pleased with their service. Started out with Jordan and Chloe, but now just have Chloe. I think it's a bit much for one person to do the whole house, but Chloe does an excellent job and we're so glad to have her!!!

I was looking for a condominium move out cleaning and MaidPro answered my call. Joe thoroughly presented options for services and pricing, signed me up, scheduled the service quickly, and followed up with pertinent information about who my contact would be and relevant schedule information. On the scheduled day, Emily and Patty arrived on time, went right to work and did a fantastic job. We had an unexpected reschedule of a plumbing assessment in the middle of MaidPro's work. Emily and Patty never missed a beat and worked around our interruption as well as an unknown water problem discovered in the course of this work. Patty and Emily were consummate professionals and continued through completion to perfection. I cannot say enough about the exceptional work and professionalism of this company and its staff. I highly recommend them!

Patty did a great job cleaning my home today. This was the first time Maidpro sent only one person but she was very efficient and focused on the areas that I wanted. I would definitely request Patty again.
