I searched high and low for an Arborist. I am glad I found Strobert Tree Services. Bill J. the Arborist came out and assessed my trees. We discussed what I wanted done. Woodpeckers had a field day with one of my trees. He offered suggestions. Decisions were made. Quoted a price and it was the best out of three. On Jan. 4, 2024 Max and his crew arrived on time. We confirmed what was to be done and they went to work. Watching the process was amazing and timely. He checked to ensure I was happy as he was trimming back my trees. I was more than happy. They thoroughly cleaned the area. It was better then when they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend them and have referred them to my neighbors. Thank you to ALL who came out. Job well done and Kudos to you ALL!! 👏🏼

My experience was easy from start to finish. Joe Maska contracted the project and was up front with the prices and timing of project.
If you are a cash paying customer the project is faster. The crew that came out worked in sync and were quick in setting up and executing the job. They were impeccable!

Jose and his crew removed five trees for us, including one large dead pine, and they did a great job. A couple of the trees were in tight spots near our fence and shed, and they were careful the whole time. They protected everything around the work area and didn’t cut corners.

My initial contact with Jay was what sold me on this company. He was very professional and took his time to go over what my tree needed, how it would get done, when it could get done and the price. He did everything he said he would do as far as emailing me and keeping me informed. The crew was, on time, efficient and very neat. It takes a lot to impress me, as a perfectionist, but Strobert Tree Service did. I have had many companies come give estimates and promises about what they could and would do, and some were no-shows and others increased their prices upon arrival! We had to change our plans at the last minute, but Strobert helped us move the service date without any problems. That alone is enough to write a review. The guys were very nice on the day of the job. They told me what they were going to do and checked everything again before they started cutting. They were professionals, but they were also friendly and easy to talk to. It was clear that they knew what they were doing. I will definitely use them again.

When I needed to have a tree removed quickly, Strobert was the best option for me. A tree had fallen across my driveway overnight and I needed it removed fast. Strobert was available to send someone to remove the tree the very next day and they were able to complete the job before lunchtime. They were quick, reliable and communicated well with me throughout the process. I would definitely use Strobert again if I needed any further tree services.

Each person I interacted with (start-to-finish) was helpful, responsive and professional. Options were presented to me clearly and I never felt pressured or rushed. Pricing was competitive relative to other bids I received. Dead tree removal and trimming of multiple trees were performed by the team. Work was completed in a timely fashion and the clean-up was superb. Communication during the entire process was superior. Would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a knowledgeable arborist.

Matt and his crew were on time as scheduled. They were efficient and listened to my input. As an owner, I find it important when having work done on my property, to be able to share my desired results. They were careful with our other plantings and fencing. Fantastic clean up. I have and will recommend Strobert to friends and family. These days, everything seems pricey but, if the work performed is up to spec, it's worth it. Great job. Very pleased.

This company was wonderful to work with from the people in the office answering the phone, the arborist who came and supplied information, to the all the workers. Everyone was timely, work went quickly, the clean up was terrific. The price was great.

Brandywine was very responsive once I contacted them for an estimate. They gave us a fair price. We had several trees removed and others trimmed. Once they arrived, they were respectful of our property and our surrounding neighbors. They were extremely professional, answered all of our questions. They completed out job in a timely manner. Their clean up was excellent. Our yard looked better when they left than before they arrived. I would absolutely recommend them.

Yesterday the crew from Brandywine Tree and Shrub took down 2 large trees in our front yard. I pulled up a chair to watch. I was amazed at how they worked together like a well oiled machine. Everyone had their task which they did efficiently and cooperatively to get the job done. You need people who know what they are doing. These guys clearly did. They also cleaned up behind them. We have a lot of trees. I am sure I will need them again in the future. I won't hesitate to call.
