They did such a nice job trimming the trees on my property. Showed up on time, had all their gear, and left everything clean. They even listened to my requests about how I wanted the shape to look. Really friendly and easy to talk to. The price was fair too. I’d call them again without a doubt.

Had a huge tree taken down this morning. The crew was awesome, from start to finish.

I have used them twice lately. The crew came at the time they said they would both times. They did a great job trimming my trees and made the area look better than it did before.

Used Strobert to take down 3 trees, one was massive and right over the house. Crew was quick, had all the gear, didn’t wreck the yard, and got it all done in a day. Cleanup was solid too. I’ve hired other companies before but Strobert just does it better. Also best price I found after getting like 5 other quotes.

Limestone Hills West had some huge trees taken down and out on 11/15/22. The work and the crew were excellent and professional. Amazing clean up too.

Right away I noticed how easy it was to talk to the guy in charge. They cut down a tree near my house that could’ve been dangerous. The crew worked hard and had it all done in a few hours. Price was fair and the crew was respectful.

I did not have any services done at my home, but I would like to share my review of one of the driver’s. On my commute home, one of the Strubert trucks was pulling a trailer loaded with a chipper. The truck decided to cut me off and nearly side swiped my car with the trailer, forcing me out of my lane and almost into the center cement median. The truck continued to merge, ignoring my horn beeps. I was shaking and in disbelief. I reached out to the company directly, with a response that they were currently unavailable. Please ensure proper safety training and certification for your drivers who are hauling trailers. Someone is going to get hurt or killed.

Work was great from start to finish. We had to delay a bit because of some other stuff going on at our house, but they were cool about it. Once they started, they were quick and super careful. You wouldn’t even know they were here. Would call again for sure.

They came out on Monday am after I called on Saturday. They did a great job, finished on time, and left my yard clean. I'll tell my neighbors to utilize them as well.

Called on a weekend and still got a call back the same day. That was already a good sign. They came out, gave an estimate, and did the job a few days later. Two trees cleaned up nicely and the yard looks way better. Good experience overall.

There was an old trash bag and some other junk stuck in one of the trees from the last storm. They just took it down while they were trimming the trees without saying anything. It was a small thing, but it shows they want to do a good job. The trees look great, and the yard was cleaner after they left than it was before they came.

I wasn't home while the work was going on, but when I got back, the trees looked great and the yard was clean. You wouldn't have known anyone had been there if the trees hadn't looked so much better and cleaner. The crew clearly knew what they were doing, and the office team kept me updated the whole time.

There were some trees in the backyard that had grown too big and hadn't been trimmed in years. The crew came, talked to me about everything before they started, and cleaned everything up in a few hours. I don't have to worry about branches hanging over the fence anymore because it looks so much better now. Good group of people.

From the start to the finish an excellent experience! Mike was helpful and informative and guided us through the entire process. Ronnie, the crew manager, was great. Ricardo and the other climber, along with the crane operator, worked with both precision and expedience with the other ground crew members. They ALL knew their jobs and worked hard and efficiently!
We had 12 huge ( over 100ft) dead trees to be taken down and they were removed in one day! They did it with such excellence that no other trees or landscaping was damaged or lost.
I would absolutely contact them again if we should need another tree removed.

I'm writing a review because it's not often that you find a company that is this easy to work with. There was never any confusion about what was going on during the whole process, from setting up the quote to finishing the job. The people who answered the phones were nice and helpful, and the crew that came out worked quickly but still took their time with the details and cleaning up.

We called Strobert Tree Service to take down a huge oak tree in our front yard. They were speedy, friendly, and careful when they were in the house. When they left, everything looked clean. I'm very thrilled with how it turned out.

The customer service was great. Everyone I talked to was nice, not pushy, and really listened to what I needed. They helped me plan around some other work I was having done at home, and everything went off without a hitch. The crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, and got to work. This is the second time we've used Strobert, and both times have been great. The team works quickly, but they are careful and don't just cut things up without looking first. I liked that they asked me to look before they moved on to the next tree. People who do what they say they will do are good.

It was hard for me to get other companies to call me back, but Strobert called me back right away and sent someone to give me an estimate within a few days. They were very flexible with scheduling and kept me up to date as the date got closer. Everyone on the crew was nice and easy to work with. They won our business by giving honest consultation on what needed to be removed and what could be saved. Rich D gracefully handled 4 opinionated neighbors and won all our trust in the process. He won our bid initially but won our repeat business now that the job is done. Him and his crew showed up on time, kept a clean & safe site and did everything asked of them and more. We'd welcome them back anytime and recommend you do the same. Strobert is A++.
