The entire process was smooth and professional. I was actually surprised at how well they kept their word. They made sure everything was taken care of. The system works great and we are also on our way to saving money. I appreciate every team member who helped us along the process. I rarely leave reviews but they were so good I had to. Great job Spartan Solar. I would highly recommend.

Brooklyn Coulter and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions thoughtfully and patiently. They eased any misconceptions my wife and I had. Ultimately what made us say yes was their ability to give us confidence in the product, the terms, and give us grace as we asked questions. Wonderful people!

Nick Finger took the time to explain the concept and process and kindly and patiently answered every thorough question I had about entering into a PPA in general and with LightReach specifically. He was professional and did not pressure us in any way. He showed us the data and we made an informed decision. No pressure at all.

I had an excellent experience working with Nick from Spartan X, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about both him and the company. Illinois Homeowners are in phenomnal hands with Spartan X Solar! This was a world class experience that started with a conversation with Daniel Stockton and Darius Harius. We were always skeptical to make the switch but they were able to ease our mind, explain the program and answer all of of questions. The entire process was smooth and the communication was excellent. We were extremely happy with the service and even more happy when we saw our first electricty bill after the solar was installed, it was significantly lower! It didn’t cost us anything upfront and we are already seeing the benefits!

Eric @Spartan Solar is a professional. He & Bash (his assistant) spent many hours in walking me through the whole solar energy project.

The solar system contractor arrived one-time & installed a 39 panel system in less than 6 hours. Their office staff was also diligent & focused during the entire inspection process & kept me updated along the way.

The project also included a 100A to 200A panel upgrade which was professionally done. The 16kW (DC) solar sstem passed final inspection, it's working & doing what it's designed to do.

Again, Eric was patient (not "pushy"), has his heart in his work, is honest, and motivated by knowing his customers are benefitting from solar power.

I am so pleased with Edward Molina for his professionalism in going solar! He was awesome in explaining the entire process and especially the savings on my electric bill. I am telling all of my friends and neighbors and pointing them in Edward's direction. Edward is a true professional and understands about giving great customer service! Spartan Solar did not give up on us when at first we weren't interested. I guess we didn't know enough and pass it up. The sales guy made another visit and peaked our interested and with 2 months we qualified for free Rooftop and solor panel which will reduce our electricity by ½ of what we were paying and could save even more in the future.
My thanks to Bashkim for not giving up on us when at first we weren't interested. Later we met up with Eric & Bashkim where we shared a meal and discussed our qualifications to have solar.
Within 6 everything was done and we got to choose the color of our roof. We are looking forward to the savings of having solar and hope everything that was said will actually happen. So all the members of team; Paul with the Roof..Monica the project manager Billie with spartan. And then Josh scheduling the solution inspection.
Last but not least. JUSTIN was our lead guy with installing our solar and doing all the electrical work in/outside of our home. Very friendly dude.Took time to speak with on a professional level as a person level. This is the kinda of dude you want as the front man of your solar panels installation. Nick was amazing in explaining everything and when I asked questions he answered them professionally. He sat down and gave us all our options and didnt pressure us into switching. Very friendly with my family and my dogs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has questions about making the switch to solar.

I was approached by Ben and Shelby in Savannah, GA. We set a meeting and when they came back, as a naturally skeptical person, I thought “here we go”. I couldn’t have been more mistaken. They are lovely. Each person has handled themselves professionally and respectfully. Their knowledge of the company and how everything works is exceptional. I was at ease and comfortable. Quan was the person who came to inspect my house before the install. He was very nice, knowledgeable and punctual. The installation led by Ivan was seamless. The men worked diligently for 1-1/2 days. Everything to do with the installation was perfect. The system looks beautiful on my roof and makes quite an impression when seen from the backyard. I couldn’t be happier thus far with customer service and everything in between.. The fact that not one cent of my money was spent on anything is unbelievable and amazing. Go Spartan!

I was very happy with Spartan Solar. From the time Chris knocked on my door to all of Elle Haskin’s help making sure all my questions were answered. Elle always followed up and kept in touch during the process. She kept her word and delivered her promises, which was top notch customer care.

SOLAR IS A SCAM is what I thought after sitting with multiple companies and hearing what they had to offer. Boy was I wrong when Brandon Forrester knocked on my door and explained the difference with the new program. Having to take out a loan for the system was not something I could afford. Ken Henderson explained how this program wouldn’t affect my debt to income nor would I have a lien on my house. They were extremely patient and thorough throughout the process. Highly recommend Spartan to anyone in the DMV area looking to lower these outrageous electric bills.

Where do I start?!? I had been considering getting solar for several years, but the companies/people who had approached me about it left me feeling speculative. I feared pulling the trigger because I just didn't trust them. Then one day, LeKeisha showed up at my front door! She arranged further discussions with Bri and her and between the two of them, I felt like I was talking to friends who cared most about ensuring I was informed and comfortable with my decision to have solar panels installed. They were ALWAYS willing to accept and answer my texts as I would often think of questions along the way. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, letting me know what to expect at each step. Everyone involved (from Spartan management to the electricians doing the installation) was super professional and respectful. My panels are now installed where and how I wanted them and I am looking forward to having them activated with my electric company soon! I would like to have included a picture of the panels in this review, but they are hidden so well on another building in my back yard and I would need a drone to get a good picture. One picture I will share, however, is one with Bri and me (and my son who may or may not have had a slight crush on the girls! LOL). Overall, the experience was very positive and if I know of any of my friends who are curious about solar, I plan to give them Bri and Keisha's contact information. Thank you for getting me through everything! :)

I’m very happy to go solar with Bashkim and Eric, I was sceptic about getting it at first but since Bashkim came and convinced me to look into that closer and I decided go with solar because Bashkim and Eric explained so unique to me that I decided that it was the best thing to do for the future.
I would suggest anyone to go solar because of the way Bashkim and Eric explained it to me. It would be the best thing they could ever do to save in their electric bill without spending any money. Very honest guys

It was a great experience, they explained every step of the project and kept as posted on everything, my process was really effective my panels are working great. Have 2 months with them. A way to save on energy and money. Thanks Ben, Ken, and charlotte!

My rep Ryan was great! Very helpful and provided excellent communication even after his part was done. My only issue was with install. There were some additional holes drilled (as if they moved or adjusted the wiring tubing/casing) but when they filled the holes they used a clear silicone which was super obvious and a bunch of wire trimmings left all over. I called and requested it to be fixed and a very nice tech came out and refilled the holes with proper outdoor sealant and color matched the paint so you can’t see the correct. Very satisfied over all.

We've had our solar panel system for about a year now. I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions we've ever made. Ryan Hiner was so helpful and made the process very easy and straightforward. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional. Out new solar panel system has saved so much money so far and adds value to our home. I'm thankful to Ryan and I recommend this system to anyone.
