They were very professional and not pushy at all. They answered all my questions and did everything they could on their end in a timely manner. The installers were courteous and professional. The install took past of two days, but only because it started to rain. I'm very pleased with the while process.

I am thrilled with the solar system installation done by Blue Raven! The entire process, from initial consultation to final inspection, was seamless and efficient. The team was knowledgeable, especially Andrew, professional, and courteous, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had.
The installation itself was done quickly and with high-quality equipment.

However, there was significant delay in installation of net metering. Had to do multiple follow up calls with Blue Raven and utility company.

My wife and I had a great experience with Blue Raven. From the time we met with Kyle we were fully informed about the Blue Raven system and process. Follow up meetings provided a lot of information that secured our thinking that Blue Raven was the best choice. When we got to the installation phase Cory, Mitch and Chris kept us informed about what they were doing how things were going. Kyle also did a fine job going over finances and our responsibilities.
We have had our system les than a week and we are looking forward to using it and saving some energy dollars.

Communication with the company very sloppy. Installers fell through ceiling in house. Offered me $300 . Crew never cleaned up with insulation everywhere and out side on the decks where they worked. Rush job. Been 3 moths, ceiling still not repaired. Solar system still not running. Every time you call new person. I DO NOT recommend .

The crew got here promptly and unloaded the solar panels and equipment and got to work. They were courtesy, knowledgeable and hard working. They ran into a few unexpected issues but solved them and stayed late to make sure everything was done correctly. I’d recommend Blue Raven. Now just waiting for LG&E to get their act together. Seems like they are in no hurry to get more solar in their grid.
