It has been a very communicative project. All parties of this commitment have been willing and eager to communicate each step with me and have worked around my crazy schedule to reach the final goal. I have been nothing but impressed and captivated by each person from start to finish. Thank you Blue Solar team for making this such an easy and smooth transaction.

The team arrived promptly and worked with safety and professionalism. Team leader Chris was very informative explaining the process and setup. The work and cleanup was extremely thorough. I am a Blue Raven Solar customer. My one star is not because of the quality of my product. That’s great. My one star is because my contract calls for the company to mail me a check for about $60 every month and I am supposed to receive said check by the first of the month. They did that the first year, but now my check gets later and later. I just received the following text from them:

Hello, Blue Raven Solar customer! There was an additional delay in mailing your August SmartStart check. It will be mailed Friday 8/30/2024. Your September check will also be delayed and will be processed on or before 9/30/2024. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I believe this company is in financial distress so I would avoid doing business with them at all cost.

The installation went very well. The installers arrived as scheduled and got right to work. The jobs was done before the end of the day and I am very pleased at how well everything went and how they look on my roof.

Our sales rep was great! Solar was installed very quickly after a delay from my HOA. Running in solar and so far so good. County inspection and power company meter switch happened in the same day. Blue Raven made this very easy.

From the Saleman, the delivery guy who delivered the material, the land survey inspector and the installers all Five Star service. They show top notch professionalism. Very Patients with my thousands and questions and concerns. The installation was very detail during the installation. After they finished that cleanup very well you could not tell they was there. The salesman Mr Charles check on me and the day of installation he can by to make sure everything was ok and if I have any more questions or concerns. Before the installer left they explain and gave me more information the equipment and told me the next step what expect. I was very pleased and happy with the service I received from Blue Raven Solar, I highly recommend to my family and friends

We recently went solar and had a great experience. The staff we worked with were great with responding any of our questions or requests. We worked directly with Andrew and he was always attentive to any of our requests and questions as well. The install process happened in no time and our roof was treated well during the process. We absolutely recommend going with Blue Raven Solar

Loved my crew! I was a little worried, all out of towners, from Kentucky, Spokane and Idaho, all met here at my humble home in the Heart of America. They were respectful, enjoyable (I'm a fan of chatting-with-the-workmen) but never once being rude about it, they didn't let me slow them down. Next the local electric company does the final connection. Then we'll see how it works!

I had to place a BBB complaint just for them to give me an update on my installation. Their customer service is terrible. They wait until you reach out to them for updates. And when they do update you they blame everything on “permits.” I signed in Oct of 23 and installed in late Jan of 24. And that’s only because I complained. My recommendation is to do your research. Get multiple companies to quote you a price. Talk to many homeowners with panels. Don’t listen to the salesman. Also ask about IQ8 inverters. Trust me. Well kept secret. Those inverters allow your house to be fed electricity from your panels during power outages. Otherwise you’re in the same boat as your neighbor unless you’re willing to fork out money for batteries….. But blueraven is not the place to go. I already signed my contract and I regret it….

They certify installation on subpar roofing, once roofing is completely changed they try to say your “window of permitting is closed,” then attempt the charge mor. Money hungry company that’s been bankrupt and bought out in the last 365 days by a more money hungry private hedge fund group,

I have had a decent experience so far. The only weird thing was they came back for a second attic inspection, after I was told all was good on home inspection, and no one told me that is was going to occur, or what exactly it was about. Apparently it all went ok because the panels are now on my roof, and I'm awaiting two more inspections on final installation before the power kicks in! :)

The response time when contacting sales (Chris Kohl ), installation, and other representatives along the process was surprisingly quick. The installation crew was friendly, competent, answered all our questions, and cleaned up very well. They work with HOAs, electric companies and county inspectors seamlessly for the most part. I did have to figure out how to get the HOA involved, but when I did, it went quickly.
Would highly recommend Blue Raven. The only problem was that they left insulation all over the attic floor and walls and should have cleaned it up.

The process from start to finish took a little long because of permits However once they started installing the solar panels they were on and good to be used in a matter of days! the crew worked super hard, and I love how they look. I cannot wait to see how big of a difference that they will make!
Lastly Blue Raven Solar customer service is amazing anytime I would call they would take the time to see what was happening and update me on anything they were waiting on to process. They also got back to me super quick on any questions/ concerns I had! 10 out of 10 would recommend this company.

They came early, ahead of schedule. Which worked well for me. They were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. They where great.

I hate to make such a scathing review but believe it is necessary. I spoke with this company months ago and decided not to go with them - I clearly let them know this. Months later I am now getting cold calls from different numbers from a 704 area code that ring twice and then hang up. No voicemail and daily calls. When I call them back, they all route to Blue Raven Solar company. I called one back let them know to put me on a Do Not Call list. Now they have other sales reps sending cold texts. I wish I never had the displeasure of having given them a moment of my time.

The installation team were on time and promptly started. They were courteous and professional, explaining the each aspect of the installation. At the end of the installation the electrician walked me through the installed equipment and the crew cleaned up after themselves.

Everything about Blue Raven has been amazing. After doing my research about solar, it was a no brainer than to go with it and Blue Raven as a provider. Andrew is a super dope guy, he made himself available for all our questions, supported us every step of the way, and is an overall great person to know. The installers were professional and got the job done with no issue. Highly recommend

Blue Raven has been amazing thru this entire process. They got permits, HOA consent, and coordinated with local electric company. Installation was on schedule & completed in one day. The installers were courteous & professional. Blue Raven is arranging our inspection & we are up & running. No hassles.
