Had an enjoyable experience working with StraightUp Solar installing solar panels on our house. Designing a system for our house and installing it was painless. Everyone is very professional, courteous and easy to work with. Even after the job was done, they've answered any questions we've had quickly and thoroughly. Perhaps most importantly, everything has worked as it should, exactly how it was sold to us. I'd highly recommend them for anything solar.

Great experience! Delivered an optimum product for my needs without overselling. Great seeing my low electric bill at a time energy costs continue to soar. The check i received for energy i generated was a real bonus.

StraightUp Solar installed a solar system on my office building in Chesterfield, MO 10 years ago. They did a great job and were very responsive afterwards when our inverter had some issues. Besides the inverter, we never had a problem with the system.

Recently, I also had them install another solar system on my home. Even though I had a good experience with them previously, I still got 2 other bids. StraightUp Solar had the most competitive price and thus they won my business again. In order to get the system installed in time to qualify for an Ameren rebate that expired at the end of 2023, they came right out and got the system installed ASAP and also got Ameren out to inspect and issue my rebate before the deadline.

I highly recommend this company and the professionals I've worked with there.

Straight up solar did an excellent job of installation. We do wish that we had shipped a bit more and also would have liked to have had actual in person conversations with the sales persons. We have not had contact from the company since installation 3 years ago. Had one power outage including no power from the batteries and had no one in the company to contact for assistance

I had some difficulty with my inverter. I called StraightUP Solar and they responded to my request for service almost immediately. After the new parts arrived, they installed the new inverter and now I'm back oln. I recommend them to anyone.

Straight up Solar put in my solar panels 3years ago and added a Tesla power wall 2 years ago. Both installations were great. I recently had a problem where my panels stopped reporting their production through my phone app. I called Straight-Up and they gave me a fix the next day free of charge!

They where able to attend to my concerns about my system not functioning properly. An appointment was quickly made for service and problem solved. Thank you.

I needed one of the microinverters replaced due to failure and StraightUp Solar ordered the part from Enphase and Justin and Mick were very professional and courteous in the removal and installation. The representative I worked with, PaKou, kept me informed of matters as they progressed from ordering the part through the installation appointment.

Got ADT Solar and needed to find a good company with responsive service for maintenance. This place is outstanding. From excellent front line customer service in scheduling and followup to the team they sent out to fix our issue. Very pleased with this company! A shoutout to PaKou who defines customer service!

I recommend straight up solar to anyone that has solar electric needs. Whether that is a new system or repairs to an existing system. They helped me with getting the parts I needed shipped out, repairs were scheduled quickly.
The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the repairs I needed in the time they estimated, and even straightened out other issues I did not even know about on my array.

They were great. From contacting them and them showing up and fixing my issue they were great! Highly recommend. Customer service was great and the tech found and fixed my problem quickly.

We are just finishing up our Solar Project and the folks at StraightUp have made the experience about as seamless as possible.
We had sat through presentations by two other companies and were not sure what to do. Both were not local, and one of them had a rather sketchy financing program that seemed like more of a complicated scheme of some sort.
Finally, we contacted StraightUp Solar, as they had completed our daughter and son-in-law's project a bit more than a year ago, (and they were quite satisfied). Drew came out and gave us a very straight-forward presentation full of details, facts, and figures. Nothing sketchy at all. He laid out a step by step plan and timeline.
The rest was smooth sailing. All permitting, installation, inspections, etc., were as promised. Communication was thorough and consistent for every phase of the project. Their complete oversight of each detail was spot-on. No worries. We couldn't recall receiving this kind of A-1 treatment for anything we have purchased over the years (we are 65).
These folks are local, have a great track record, offered the best price, and performed better than expected on a timely basis. We can't overstate the thorough communication our project manager, Conner, provided during the entire process.
We would hire them all over again.

I heard about this company from a co-worker and I have been nothing but pleased with this company from the initial contact through completion of the install and setup. We have had very little issues with our system but love the peace of mind that is provided through their guarantees if we ever did. One of their technicians even sat with us for several hours waiting on the electrical inspector. Top notch service, top notch product. Very glad we did this.

I have been dealing with StraightUp Solar now for over 5 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. From the installation crew to the tech guys that monitor my system, everyone that I have dealt with has been top notch. Straight Up Solar by far has the absolute best customer service! They are so knowledgeable, go above and beyond for their customers and make the process so simple, learning experience and fun! Solar was the best investment we have done for our house! We don’t have to “think” about it because Straight Up Solar gets all the diagnostics and if anything were to go wrong they are on it! We have been thrilled with the entire process from start to finish- we can’t recommend them enough!

It’s been over $100,000 for power wall, solar, and a number of other things. I then call them up to see if they can cut off a charger to the power walls and they said it was too small of a job. At the same time they wanted to bid on my next $100,000 job. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

I appreciate StraightUp Solar for inspecting the solar panels at my home at no charge to see if they sustained hail damage in the recent storms. Since my car had been damaged, I was concerned, but now I can relax, knowing they are not only undamaged but otherwise in good condition after more than five years in service. Great customer service!

The technicians quickly located the problem and showed me a photo of the repairs made on the roof and the damaged hardware. They were very professional and cordial and it was a pleasure working with the StraightUp Solar team in resolving this problem.
