I had a concerning burning smell. Called multiple electrician companies. After getting through all the automation to get to an actual live person I was given astronomical prices to come out for an emergency call. Found Tom, he actually answered the phone live and he was at my house within 2 hours at an unbeatable price and was able to find and correct the issue all within an hour. His service was so great I had him come back to install an additional outlet in my garage a few days later. Tom is very knowledgeable, personable and you can tell he enjoys his job. Tom will be the only electrician to service any (hopefully no time soon) electrical problems I may have in the future.

Excellent customer service. Electrician came in the afternoon as I requested. The electrician replaced a circuit breaker and repaired a damaged wire. He cleaned the working area before leaving.

Adam was great. He explained everything and walked me thru the entire process. Because of this experience I would definitely hire Father and Son Electric again and recommend them to everyone.

Tried to call to get assistance with resolving an electrical issue. First call as I was introducing myself I got hung up on, second call the receptionist was very rude and rushed me off of the phone because she was on an "important business call". I've always worked customer service and the customer always comes first, unacceptable treatment.

I can honestly tell you by reading all of these reviews that this guy is exactly as they say. He will get mad if you don't do what he wants you to do and just hang on you. That's not the way business is conducted folks. And he is very high on prices. $95 a hour is crazy... I have overhead and I don't charge but $70 an hour. The owner Ron is not a good business man

Had 3 prewired ceiling fans installed by mike. The whole was done fast and efficient with total respect for us and our home. Mike is a true professional with an for detail. Would definitely us Father and Son again and of course request Mike, in fact thinking about having a few more fans installed.

Their electrician, Luis, stopped by to do some rewiring for me. He was very professional and level headed, giving me a great quote and honoring it.  He was also on time, which was something I had never experienced with an electrician. The job was great, as was the correspondence throughout.  This is my electrician from here on out.

Tried to get them to come and and give me a quote on a job, all they wanted to do was charge me 95.00/hr. Didn't want to look at the job couldn't tell me how long it would take, after some "begging" he asks...where are you again? I repeat my address a second time (6 miles from their office) oh! your out of our area. Click... I guess they make too much $$$

Below is a picture of the flashing at the mast head. When brought to the electrician's attention, it was repaired (somewhat). Anyone who installs mast heads needs to know how to install the roof flashing that goes with it. Recommendation for improvement. Overall, from what I can see it was a good job. Got a quick quote. Company go the job done quickly. Lots of communication from the office staff about scheduling. Thanks.

Be careful using the people. They claim to be Christians but they cheated my elderly mother. They charged her almost $200 to come to her house to do a repair and did nothing. When I called the owner he used profanity and hung up the phone. He did call me back and said his people would fix the issue. That was more than a month ago. They take advantage of the elderly... do you really want them in your home?....

Contacted them cause we kept tripping a break while moving wires to install a fan. Turns out it was a safety code thing and question answered right out the gate.

Roman our tech volunteered to install the fan for us while there since already paying for the rest of the 55 minutes in the hour. Also installed the second for us. Good clean work and helpful willingness to do work not listed in the original call, and not say "OK I answered your question. That'll be $95, bye."

We called Father and Son for an issue with our power being out on half of the house. The electrician showed up and told us that he could not fix the issue because the panel was too old. We also had no power to the pool pump and pool house which is on a different panel all together, he could not find the problem! We had another company come an hour later and fixed all issues in a matter of minutes. Father and Son electric charged us almost $300 for NOTHING except to say they could not fix the issues!! When I expressed my displeasure to the owner saying we paid you almost $300 and received nothing in return his response was "we gave you our time." BEWARE!!!!

I used Father and Son Electric for help installing wiring for 4 ceiling fans in my 1970s home. Their technician, Michael Mixon, showed up on time, and had everything that he needed to get the job done, and done quickly. He even installed the fans for us once the wiring was in place. Their rates were reasonable, and everyone I spoke to before and during the service call was knowledgeable and friendly. Michael talked with me at length about a number of things related to the electrical system in our house. He was not trying to upsell me on anything, he was simply providing a much needed and much appreciated education on a critical home system. We have a few other wiring projects coming up, and will absolutely be using them in the near future to complete these. Thanks for everything. Michael earned every star on this 5 star rating!
