These guys are always friendly and helpful. I'm a contractor but don't have an account with them but they still always provide me with good customer service.

Staff were quick and polite. Counting drive time I had my will call order a half hour after placed it.

What is the point of calling an order ahead, and being told they have the order, if when at get their they say we never called. We are sticking to Ciry Electric Supply. Don't waste your time getting to get the job done with Elliot.

It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to cut 15 ft of wire

Really bad customer service, I stood there like an idiot waiting for a simple “good morning” SOMETHING acknowledging that I’m a customer standing right in front of the counter… and they couldn’t help with what I went for… glad I didn’t do business with them

Over 30 minutes to cut (3) 50ft lengths of wire. This is why I go to HD 99% of the time. Time = $$.

Extremely helpful counter sales people and a fast and efficient will call department. If they don't have it in stock here they get it within about 24 hours from other sites. Very punctual and delivered on all promises regarding turn around and pricing.
