Fantastic experience with Thomas Edison Electric. Very quick to respond to an emergency call. Mike and Artur were friendly and ensured I understood the options presented prior to beginning work. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, walked me through the work they had done, and made sure I was satisfied and had no questions.

Thomas Edison's office people were just as kind, knowledgeable, and quick as our electrician. They scheduled us as we requested, sent an electrician that knew the area we lived in (and so he knew the kind of system we might have.)
Our electrician gave recommendations, shopped for what we needed, and did careful, safe work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed having him in our home.
We will be calling Thomas Edison again for our next electrical project (and asking for the same electrician too!)

Super professional and knowledgeable technician Michael came to our house today. He really took his time explaining how things work and what needs to be fixed. He completed everything the same day. We are very happy with the service this company provides.

Last Friday night I was told by PECO after waiting all day that the main wires going into
my panel were melted and the panel had a fire in it. I called Thomas Edison Electric. I chose them because of the reviews. The company had one of their best electricians come at 8 AM on Saturday morning. He was fantastic. He took his time investigating the situation and gave me three options. He and another master electrician worked all day fixing everything. This was the best experience I ever had. It was a very scary situation and they put my worry to rest and made everything safe! I highly recommend this company.

Hector was fantastic. He was so polite, friendly, and professional. The lights in my basement were not working and needed replacing. He presented me with the options and came back later that day typing fix it. He was respectful of my home. 5 starts.

Eddy spent the time to diagnose my home EV charger issues and to make sure that some old and outdated wiring was replaced. Given that we have a new, fairly expensive car to charge and some wiring that’s not up to code, he has helped us protect our investment! He also explained everything clearly and left the site clean as a whistle. I highly recommend him!

RUN! Get other quotes if you can! They charged me $700 to remove 3 Ring cameras. Two you had to use a ladder to get to, I had to pay it bc my husband’s arm was in a sling and we were closing on our house. The young gentleman was super nice that did the work but if I would have had time I definitely would have gone elsewhere.😔😔😔😔 we definitely felt like we were taken advantage of today.

We put a service call in to Thomas Edison Electric. From the first encounter to set up the appointment they were responsive & professional. A Live person answered the phone!!
They were able to move my appointment up 3 days earlier which was great as it was my stove that was the issue.

Artur M. did a thorough review of the work we wanted done--it was a set of individually relatively small indoor and outdoor jobs--and went over our options. He was very professional and easy to work with. The work was scheduled quite promptly. He ran into some unexpected difficulties when he got started (not surprising in a 50+ year old house), but came up with solutions and stayed until the job was done. We would be happy to have him for future work.

Extremely professional from start to finish. After being stood up by another electrician that we had an appointment with yesterday I reached out to Thomas Edison this morning. Rebecca took all of the needed info and explained their work process in an impressive manner- she was friendly and very knowledgeable. To my surprise she was able to give us a same day appointment. Mike arrived on time as promised, explained what he was going to do and went right to work. Within an hour our problem (a short circuit) was diagnosed and fixed. Pricing is reasonable and most importantly, they showed up when they said they would and got the job done correctly and promptly. Highly recommend!

Very professional from start to finish. Every step of the way is explained carefully. I had a problem I needed fixed quickly and they were able to accommodate and get someone out within hours. The electrician, Jasin, was knowledgeable and experienced. He identified the cause of my problems, clearly explained the issue and quickly and efficiently did the repairs. I will definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.

Old Whirlpool took a crap, came with the house we bought. Never had maintenance and wasn’t going to start to further cause issues. Lasted two years for us. Well the breaker it was on was a 20Amp on 12Ga wire and couldn’t find a 3800 watt tank anywhere for weeks out in the middle of Feb in NEPA. So my wife and I decided to upgrade to a 30Amp which of course comes with 10Ga needed. Cam was honest and respectful of our home. The price of course in a pinch was not what we were expecting especially having to buy a new Water heater as well but what are you gonna do. Called at 7am appointment made for 1-3pm same day. Long story short we ran the wire in the crawl, to the QO panel and to the Tank. Everything to code. Nobody wants to call an electrician and spend money but if you have to. Call Thomas Edison Electric and get lucky to have Cam. 🤘🏽
