Went into Billows today because we needed something for a machine at work. Terrible customer service. Person behind the glass was very dismissive, as if they did not care or want to help at all. Will look elsewhere for our electric supply needs for our company.

Best place ever but there is always a difference in pricing from location to location. I'd like to be charged the same no matter what location I visit but definitely not charged more.
