As a professional electrician, BILLOWS is my favorite electrical supply store because the counter staff are helpful and they will special order things for you *quickly*. Prices are great.
If you are not a pro, you might feel intimidated by your lack of vocabulary walking into a supply store, but (unlike some other supply stores) I have found all of the people here to be very friendly and helpful.

Edit: My first review was 5-stars, and this review doesn't change that. In fact, I think Billows is even BETTER than it was.
A few years ago there was 1 guy working the counter who was less friendly; I believe this is reflected in some of the earlier reviews. That dude is gone and whether you're a pro or not, Billows is great.

They are really helpful and just go above and beyond at every Billows I’ve been to in the area. The store associates here are super helpful, attentive and professional. They go out of their way to help you find what you need. 5 star customer service from everyone . Had a challenging project in finding things, they came to the rescue in getting some hard to acquire parts in short notice and were also accommodating when making returns after the project was over also.

Chris Rob Kevin Brandon and the rest of the crew at Billow's Washington ave have been hands down the most helpful supply house staff I've ever dealt with. They've gone way above and beyond for us and have been a monumental help to our Philly-based electrical contracting outfit. Great guys very funny personable and on some hectic days my run to get materials here is the only highlight. Since day one they've been saving us money, time and problems with their deep product knowledge and local codes/contractor/builder insight. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Tip: bring them Federal Donuts they will prob treat you like you're one of the Toll Bros.

One of the best stores I have visited for electrical equipment supply during my construction projects. The staff is always super helpful specially if you are a pro and will assist you with any queries you may have about parts or about local county laws for different projects. Even pricing is very competitive even in case of very specialized equipment. The best part of my experience in visiting this store is the availability of a vast variety of parts and equipment from multiple brands. Thank you guys for the excellent service.

Brian was the person I spoke with at this electrical store, and honestly, the experience was terrible. I came from Home Depot because I couldn’t find what I needed there, and I was just hoping to get some help or advice.

Instead, Brian made everything way more complicated than it needed to be. He spoke to me like I didn’t know anything, gave strange examples about sandwiches, and turned a simple question into a joke. When I asked for help as a customer, he said he “wasn’t allowed to help,” which made no sense.

On top of that, I saw how he treated other customers. He was on the phone with someone, clearly being rude, and when he hung up, he said, “Why are all people crazy and losing their minds?” That’s not something you expect to hear from someone working with the public.

It was a really disappointing experience overall. With that kind of attitude, I’d never go back to him again.

Customer service is terrible. I have standing here for 30 minutes. No one acknowledged it was there to even say hey there we will be right with you. Employee in the office is just sitting at his desk doing nothing but looking into his phone. The Employees at this location need to be transferred for the location in east mesa off of Ray rd. That store is the best you have

Called in regarding a product, they hung up and the receptionist hung up after she transferred me back to herself. Good Friday bad service, won’t shop here going forward.

Great place, good people. This is an electrical wholesaler, most likely only useful to you if you are an electrical contractor.

Very helpful, reasonable pricing and they cut and charge by the foot. Close to Cave Creek and Scottsdale.
