I have been coming to Billows Electric Supply for 20 plus years. The people who run this location are always helping me get my jobs completed. Johnny G is a great inside salesman and very knowledgeable. Dan S is also great too. I truly trust them both to get me the right parts on time!

I had a great experience with Thomas Edison Electric. They responded quickly and came to my house in less than 24 hours after I called. The technician identified the electrical problem very quickly and was able to fix it the same day. The service was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. I really appreciated how fast they diagnosed the issue and got everything working again without delays. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.

Jacob and Eddie the master electrician were great to work with

I called 5 electricians and Thomas Edison was the only one that called me and set up an appointment with an hour. Our electrician was on time and fixed the problem quickly and for a reasonable cost. I would call them again.

A good job troubleshooting an electrical issue. Courteous and knowledgeable technician who was on time and able to address my questions thoroughly.

Great customer service, very high prices. Was quoted $750 to ground a gas meter, the run was only about 15' of exposed area. Different party quoted this as a $200 job. I didn't complete the work with them and paid the $50 fee for the visit.

Jacob H. did a wonderful job. He was very polite and helpful and I recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work. I will call on him again when I need it.

Mike H did a fantastic and EXTREMELY thorough job walking through the property for a consultation. He was very clear in explaining everything that needed to be done and also addressed things that weren’t even on my radar yet. He was on time and the tracking link was great so I knew exactly when he was pulling up.

Jacob did an excellent job explaining complex concepts related to the job’s scope in a very professional and relatable way. He clarified technical aspects with real-world examples, making the information accessible to me.

Steve P. Is an absolute pro at this. Everything was literally done within hours of coming to my home. The work was clearly explained to me I was offered multiple options. Steve was organized and quick and even found a huge issue in our new build and gave me all the evidence I needed to have it resolved.

An absolutely perfect experience.

This is the second time we’ve used Thomas Edison Electric. Our experience has been good both times. We got same day appointments and installation. Jasin was our tech both times. He was very professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions.

Steve P came out to investigate some issues we had with our new house, and was extremely professional and did great work! He replaced an overprovisioned breaker in our panel, and was able to identify the cause of a number of intermittent issues with our outlets. He was extremely informative, and happy to share his wealth of electrical knowledge with me as he worked. Highly recommended!

Steve P. did a phenomenal job replacing a faulty GFCi outlet. He was prompt, explained the entire process very clearly and was overall very communicative. He was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes and tested everything out before signing off. Overall, I highly recommend his work and appreciate the company for being accommodating in terms of time and pricing. Thank you for your help!
