Hector was prompt , professional and friendly. He answered all my questions, resolved all my issues and was very thorough! I chose Thomas Edison because I’ve been happy with prior experiences with them and their excellent reviews. I will not hesitate to use them again for any electrical needs I have in the future. I highly recommend them!

Cameron was great. He let me pal around with him while we discussed everything I needed done. He educated me on what he was looking for while diagnosing the problems I was having, which I felt was very helpful. In the end he presented three options for me, essential, recommended, and preventative solutions, each with separate costs from low to high. It was a very positive experience; they will be my go-to electricians from now on.

Prices they’re trying to sell their stuff for is waaay high than any other electrical supply

Not very helpful. The guy Vence greeted me nicely but turned out to be quite useless and went out of his way to be not helpful. I guess he expects everyone that walks in the be an electrician and not have even basic questions to ask. Basically just buy what I hand you and go install it, “we’re not electricians and we don’t want to be sued”. I definitely didn’t feel valued or like my business was wanted. Never going there again. I’ll order from China.
