Friendly but didn't have the basic lamp part I was looking for.

The staff here is very helpful and they go out of their way to give you what you need.

Went there on a Saturday they were closed an hour early so I had to drive a 1/2 hour away to the luzerne store

My company Navvet Systems and Solutions Inc. does tons of business with Billows. Always professional and extremely knowledgeable. Couldn't see us growing without them.

I have been in this paticular Billows electrical supply about 6 times for mostly for household switches and outlets. Some track lighting which they always had in stock. I even was looking for a kind of rare power switch for a 6 input powered mixer it was made in Europe. They did not have the switch but the man behind the counter also the other 3 guys who were tending to customers, were not just cashiers they were trained at a certain level in the field of electronics . Im not sure to what extent but they could answer my questions about compatibility and also the cautions selling something for a proffesional to a want to be do it yourselfer. I like to go into a store where they know more about the product than I do. The only excrption is if i am a proffesional in the field I would still like to have educated opinions. When I went in there to buy for the business I work for, i need 8 ft florescent bulbs I needed a case of at least 18 they were readily in stock. Billows for everything but things I already know how to install and know were they are on the Lowe's and Home Depot shelves. So they are just as useful to me and much better for an electrician. I have recently been back to this Billows location for some florescent light bulbs 4 foot and 8 foot. When asking for the normal ones like the one above. I was hit with so many numbers. I dont install these lights for a living so I needed some guidance and was given just cut and dried multiple choice , turns out I got the wrong lights. That particular sales person could have been a little less zealous and a little more helpful.
