Very reliable. He came on a Friday night knowing my 83 yr old mother couldn't get down stairs. I highly recommend them over big elevator companies that don't care about you. I called them to schedule an appointment and they fit me into their schedule the very same day and had our elevator running within hours. They came back the next day to put the finishing touches on.
