I wanted to update my elevator and change all the brass to black and needed to install a 110 plug on the top of the elevator. I contacted Crysty and Jeremy at Celtic Elevators and was going to have them install the outlet. Jeremy and Crystal were so helpful and knowledgable they informed me which wires on top of the elevator were required and I installed it. In todays world this is unheard of and says a lot about Jeremy, Crysty and Celtic Elevators. They service my elevator and have always been professional, knowledgable and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them to anyone requiring service.

The fellow that came to inspect my elevator was fantastic. He was only here for a few minutes, but in that short time, he made me very comfortable by explaining the possible scenario as to what needed to be done to remedy the problem I originally called about. Also, he showed me a totally safe and sensible way that the elevator could be used, should a need arise. He is an asset to your company. Give him a raise. Thank you

I have to leave a review for this company, and I never leave reviews! As a real estate agent in N Scottsdale I needed an elevator inspector fairly quickly. Called Celtic, and spoke with Megan, and knew I had found my company! She was so positive that we cold get this done in a timely
manner, but when she called to say , it would happen that same day I was shocked. The technicians texted me with a lead time, showed up right on time and did the inspection. Report was available shortly there after for me to send my clients.......This will be their new elevator service company. And as side note they give real Estate agents , a free one time service check.....If you ever need an elevator service company don't hesitate to call CELTIC ELEVATOR.......ask for Megan!

I have had my Easy climb elevator put in by Celtic Elevator for almost three years. I have had only two issues with it and both times Celtic Elevator has responded within 30 minutes or less. Great experience with home elevator repair. Two technician’s sent. Both extremely professional and efficient troubleshooting the electrical mechanical issue. When they had technical questions they had technical phone support resources to call for clarification. Safety was important to both technicians as well. Cost effective professionals.

Celtic Elevator is a wonderful company. Their technical skills and service are exceptional. I have had repair calls with prompt service and recently an after-hours emergency. I left a message and had a return call within minutes. My cousin was locked in the elevator with the safety lock inoperable. Jeremy was able to talk us through solving the problem. Due to my ineptness and that of a neighbor, he patiently guided us through the steps to rescue my cousin. When Celtic reopened, Jeremy came to my home and replaced the lock and also showed us how to use the emergency "escape" button inside the elevator.
If possible I would give Celtic ten stars.
