Patrick and his helper took time uninstalling her stair lifts and did an excellent job and he explained a lot of things to me about it and very very professional from the office all the way to the installation thank you you have a five-star for me. H.E.S. has maintained and serviced the elevator in our home since its installation in 1993. My brother uses the lift daily in his wheel chair depending on it for safe, smooth, and consistent service. After 25 years, excellent service is what we still get from the elevator and from H.E.S! I highly recommend their expertise and service as well as their personal approach and attention to the details.

Elevators like any machine need service from time to time. We've had two instances that we've used H.E.S. Elevator Services. In the first case, we had them come out because the lights inside the elevator didn't work. (No it was not that we needed to change the light bulbs.) There technician identified the problem and replaced the light ballast. The second situation was that the elevator would not run. The technician identified that there was an electrical surge from a storm that caused the issue and we needed to replace the back-up battery. They replaced the battery. Our experience with H.E.S. Elevator Services was good. There technician's were professional, friendly, timely in their work.

Exceptional customer service orientation. Staff was knowledgeable, diagnosed problem, identified solutions, scheduled services. Serviceman was professional, knowledgeable, easily understood, work was fully completed within reasonable period of time. Staff: Amy and Teresa were were a joy to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, personable.

Highly recommend H.E.S. I'm very dependent on my home elevator and they got me taken care of immediately. Bo always does a great job. Amy always takes care of me!

The service by HES was excellent. The service provider was very competent, extremely helpful, very nice and courteous, very knowledgeable in solving the problem, explained the problem and efficiently fixed the problem. I am hard to please, but HES went above and beyond. in this day and age, it was nice to encounter someone that actually likes their job and does the job with pride and enthusiasm. Thank you.

I Called Ryan Spencer a year after we had our lift installed.
Our phone system had stoped working. As I had him on the phone I heard him ask a technician a question to solve my problem.
He then asked him Do you have you tools and he said I will send a tech right over. WOW great service.
We got the issue resolved and we are back up and running again.

This company is horrible. Their tech has an ego that gets in the way of doing his job. They double the charge of a service call without any notification and after they already came to your house. And then after you pay the service charge, they never order the parts and then have complete lack of attention to the repair needed. Don't use them. There are so many more customer friendly companies out there who want to do a good job.

H.E.S. technician and service scheduler are outstanding and together resolved Karen's stairlift failure to operate malfunction quickly and with great efficiency! She is quite dependent on safe and reliable functionality of the home stairlift.

Easy to fix if the doors get jambed with no damage to the elvator elevator. the elevator works consistently. the team are very helpful and come to trouble shot right away in the hour. I highly recommend them.
