Jay and his team are thorough from start to finish!! This was a big project but I would recommend them to anyone who is considering installing an elevator!

Ascend residential is a poor excuse for a elevator company it would seem like if your company installs elevators (something that if installed wrong could really hurt someone) that you would apply for permit so after being installed it could be inspected by a professional to make sure that the elevator was safely installed and all the wires for electrical ran in conduit and wired into the breaker box correctly and by a licensed electrician which is not done by this company if you have any doubts about what I’m saying building permits are public record all you have to do is type in a address and if there was a permit applied for it’s on record

Jay lambert the owner is always available and responsive but the star of the show is Alfred the extraordinary technician. Not only is he is exceptionally knowledge but courteous, diligent and prompt. They refurbished my elevator for a very reaonable price and have diligently maintained it. They are the best.

Christina was extremely helpful with the process of getting our stair lift. She was knowledgeable, friendly and timely. Kirk, our installer, was amazing with our special needs daughter - and they both went the extra mile ensuring things were quiet for her.

We had a really good experience with Ascend Elevators. The installation was more complicated than expected due to the construction of our house, but they adjusted and got it installed in a smooth and timely manner. Elevator looks and works great.

We have a great winding staircase with a split level floor plan upstairs and needed a chair lift to help my mother easily access both her suite and the upstairs family area. She loves the result and I loved the price.

Jay and Christina communicated well, were easy to work with and provided a top notch experience.

Alfred performed the work quickly and efficiently. He explained the system to us and patiently answered all of our questions.

We ran into a very minor issue one evening and both Jay and Chistina responded to my after hours message. Since it wasn't preventing mom from using the chair lift, they scheduled Alfred to come out the very next day. It was fixed by 9am.

This is a great company which is very focused on Customer Satisfaction. Great management and excellent work crew. They are prompt, capable, and very neat with tools and clean up on the job site.

We live in Fort Worth and our home was built in 1928 and so begins the adventure in itself. The Elevette was installed in 1974 and we had no idea how much attention it had gotten since then as we purchased the home in 2015. All working being original it eventually got brittle and collapsed!! It was impossible for several years to find anyone to reliably repair or inspect and then we found Ascend! Jay and the team answered my inquiry in 10 minutes and I’m still waiting for response a month later from others. That told me a lot about responsiveness! Well the team came out and made all repairs, took the entire day to do it right, cleaned up and were real problem solvers in the process. I couldn’t recommend Ascend more for their quality response and expert workmanship…they won’t leave until it’s done right!! Bravo to you Jay and the entire team!
