Elevator reviews across the US

The worst company I have worked with.
I’m an electrical contractor, if you are doing an electrical installation for an KONE elevator’s company be prepared to deal with 5 different “technicians” doing things over and over again and asking more and more items at the very end when you are close to the state inspection.
I’m failing state inspection today for an auxiliary contacts which the last “elevator’s technician” asked my foreman to removed, when you ask for information they refuse to provide it.
If you are an electrical contractor working with KONE elevator company be ready to go out of business with these guys because they will make loose money like you have no idea.
I will suggest to bid your job including a guy just to deal with them and document everything.

I wish you the best and Good Luck to you if you ever work them.

Great

Great service

Great service!!

Peter and his team can always come through when you need them. Their expertise and field service solutions are top notch. Definitely a great company to work with.

I love and miss this company with all my heart. Spent nearly 14 years of my life working there and one thing I've learned is that they go out of their way to make sure all repairs or maintenance has been done correctly.
Pete, the owner, is extremely passionate at what he does and how he trains his guys to the best of their ability.
You won't be disappointed.
And now that I've been out of this business for over 5 years , I think back with fondness of what they've always offered.
I'm still in contact with many of the clients I've come to know as friends and its all still high praises for them. Over the last 10 years, they've received so much praise that not only have they gone national with repair work but also international to Europe, mid-east, etc... Naturally, all these other states & countries have other repair shops available but the Elevator companies are willing to go the extra expense for McIntosh because of the quality and service offered.

I felt the need to type up this review because of not just for future clients but for McIntosh: Pete, Pete Jr., John, Carl, Butch, and all the other guys & gals there who've been the best bosses & coworkers I could have ever known.

You will not be sorry hiring them to repair or maintain you electro mechanical needs. Their experience and clientele speaks for itself.

Jay and his team are second to none. on time, on budget and
incredible response to any questions or issues raised during the process. I would hire them again and again. I highly recommend Ascend Residential Elevators.

I am very happy that I decided to purchase from Ascend Residential Elevators. I am very happy with my elevator and would recommend this company to anyone considering a residential elevator.

Great service

Excellent customer service

Great Company! Great customer service and very dependable!

Great folks. Helped me resolve a potential scam operation using their information to cut me a check. Thanks!

Jay Lambert honest and dependable. He was a pleasure to work with.

They were very professional and did what they said. I would definitely recommend Ascend for your residential needs.

If you are in need of an elevator you can't go wrong with Ascend. Jay and his staff are wonderful to work with.

Jay and his team are thorough from start to finish!! This was a big project but I would recommend them to anyone who is considering installing an elevator!

Ascend residential is a poor excuse for a elevator company it would seem like if your company installs elevators (something that if installed wrong could really hurt someone) that you would apply for permit so after being installed it could be inspected by a professional to make sure that the elevator was safely installed and all the wires for electrical ran in conduit and wired into the breaker box correctly and by a licensed electrician which is not done by this company if you have any doubts about what I’m saying building permits are public record all you have to do is type in a address and if there was a permit applied for it’s on record

Wonderful service, very happy. Will always use these guys!

Ascend Residential Elevators does four things really well:

1) Showed up on time.
2) Completed what they started.
3) Did what they said they were going to do.
4) Were grateful and kind.

Ascend's (PVE) elevators offer amazing form and function. Jay L. of Ascend was informative, and insisted on having all our concerns addressed.

Communication is paramount when taking on a project like this, as the expectations of both parties are key to understand and manage. From the customer perspective, the communication has been fantastic and expectations have been exceeded. Ascend truly loves what they do.
