The worst elevator service in LA

Worst elevator and worse service ever

The worst company I have worked with.
I’m an electrical contractor, if you are doing an electrical installation for an KONE elevator’s company be prepared to deal with 5 different “technicians” doing things over and over again and asking more and more items at the very end when you are close to the state inspection.
I’m failing state inspection today for an auxiliary contacts which the last “elevator’s technician” asked my foreman to removed, when you ask for information they refuse to provide it.
If you are an electrical contractor working with KONE elevator company be ready to go out of business with these guys because they will make loose money like you have no idea.
I will suggest to bid your job including a guy just to deal with them and document everything.

Peter and his team can always come through when you need them. Their expertise and field service solutions are top notch. Definitely a great company to work with.

I love and miss this company with all my heart. Spent nearly 14 years of my life working there and one thing I've learned is that they go out of their way to make sure all repairs or maintenance has been done correctly.
Pete, the owner, is extremely passionate at what he does and how he trains his guys to the best of their ability.
You won't be disappointed.
And now that I've been out of this business for over 5 years , I think back with fondness of what they've always offered.
I'm still in contact with many of the clients I've come to know as friends and its all still high praises for them. Over the last 10 years, they've received so much praise that not only have they gone national with repair work but also international to Europe, mid-east, etc... Naturally, all these other states & countries have other repair shops available but the Elevator companies are willing to go the extra expense for McIntosh because of the quality and service offered.

I felt the need to type up this review because of not just for future clients but for McIntosh: Pete, Pete Jr., John, Carl, Butch, and all the other guys & gals there who've been the best bosses & coworkers I could have ever known.

You will not be sorry hiring them to repair or maintain you electro mechanical needs. Their experience and clientele speaks for itself.
