Fire Damage Restoration reviews across the US

We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND F.I.R.E. Industries to do any remodel/repair work to your home, they are VERY PROFESSIONAL and Matt Hayes who we worked with is a stand up guy and always stayed in touch with us every step of the way and there were never any surprises. All of their work and their sub contractors are very professional and treated us and our home with respect and did a AMAZING JOB, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

This past year I had 2 water pipes break, 5 weeks apart, causing extensive damage to my downstairs.
The first incident was relatively minor. I called my insurance company and asked about water damage clean up companies. They gave me the names of 3 companies, 2 were huge, national companies that everyone has heard of, the third was FIRE Restoration. The 2 large companies were too busy to help me, saying it would be weeks. I then called FIRE Restoration, a local company, and talked to Clark. He had a crew out at my house that afternoon and they started the water and damage mitigation. They pulled up the carpet and got everything dried up nicely.
5 weeks later another pipe burst causing extensive damage. I called Clark directly and once again he had a crew at my house the same day. The FIRE crew had to cut into the walls and ceiling and pull up all the flooring. They got all damaged areas cleaned up and dried out.
Clark also dealt directly with my insurance company and supervised the rebuild of all the damages areas. I can't say enough good things about this company, they were a God send. They have top notch employees and top notch equipment. Although I hope to not need them again, if disaster calls I'll be calling FIRE Restoration again.

We had 2 major wind claims and Fire industry Restoration experts did an amazing job both times and even helped with the insurance company that was a massive pain to deal with. Thank you Scott, Tarisa and Greg and the rest of the team for all your hard work.

So glad we called Fire Industry Restoration Experts when our dishwasher leaked. There was more damage then we realized. Clark was quick to respond and act to minimize damage. Joel was our project manager. He is very down to earth and did all he could to make sure we were taken care of and got the most from our budget. He listened and was flexible when I had imput or ideas. When issues popped up he was quick to resolve them. Every employee sent to my home was kind , professional, and trustworthy. Dustin, Will, Garrett, and Colin as well as the roofer Chuey and plumber Josiah. I would reccomend and hire every one of them again. It's so nice to work with individuals who have integrity and treat you like a person not a job.

It’s always stressful when something major happens to your home. But, after making a call to Fire Restoration, the stress and panic quickly faded. What great people! They handled everything with great care and thoroughness. We felt so cared for, as they took over restoring every detail. So thankful to the team and especially Aaron for making our home beautiful!!!

I’d give Fire Restoration more than 5 stars if I could! Clark inspected water damage at my house within half an hour after I called him about flooding in my laundry room. Then he began mitigation soon after, working quickly to remove damaged flooring and drywall and set up fans, which resulted in complete prevention of mold issues. At every step, he was efficient and thorough, always keeping me informed about the process.
Then he worked with the rebuild contractor to facilitate a smooth transition, and he communicated effectively with the insurance adjuster, so I received the claim payment a day after the claim was submitted!

I experienced a house fire December of 2024. Fire Industry was the company that boared up my windows the night of the fire. The next day one of their consultants took my wife and I out to lunch and went through our policy with us and gave me a direction on how to navigate this difficult time. The company has amazing people that work for them. From project managers to finish carpenters plus Teresa that deals with all the paperwork and finances. It took the company just a little over a year from start to finish of the restoration for my family to be able to move back into our home

Fire Restoration was wonderful to work with. I experienced a garage fire and I am so glad someone recommended them to me. They were timely in responses and even helped coordinate with my insurance company. Joel did an excellent job of managing the project and communicating with me about the progress, I would have been lost without his guidance. I highly recommend them to anyone going through something similar.

You should definitely hire this great team! We have worked with many contractors in the past and have never had an experience this good.

We had a fire with smoke damage that destroyed the entire inside of our house, requiring a complete gut and remodel. We also had some complex insurance issues to deal with. The team (Greg, Scott, Troy, and Theresa) took care of everything. Their subcontractors did an amazing job of restoring craftsman arches, built ins and custom cabinets to bring the house back better than before. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the demo and remodel, but they stayed within coverage limits and handled the details with our mortgage and insurance companies every step of the way.

You will really be happy you picked the Fire team.

Our project manager, Scott, was absolutely amazing. He was always on top of everything and communicated with us every step of the way. I received weekly email updates, so I never once had to wonder what was happening or where we were in the process. That level of communication brought so much peace of mind during such a stressful time.

They handled the insurance process seamlessly and took care of everything, which lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. They walked us through each step, explained what to expect, and truly made us feel supported from start to finish.

Today was our final walk-through of our home, and I truly couldn’t be happier. Seeing everything completed and knowing how supported we were throughout this journey means more than words can express.

Our house was flooded,and we didn't know who or what to do....Richard took his time to walk us trough it all...and the workers were so respectful if you need any type of work done I highly recommend Texas Reconstructors.

Richard, Juan, and the rest of the team did an amazing job repairing our home. It looks like a totally different brand new house. There's no evidence of a house fire anywhere.

They sit and listen to scanners to chase you down after a fire, don't fall for the obey done company. Warranties not honored, after a fire they were assigned to my redo. My HVAC was installed wrong, they talk a good game but they are all wrong! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....

If there was a negative rating that is what I would give this company and they really don't deserve that. My husband and I own our own company doing window coverings and so forth. This company had a client who's house had caught on fire so they reached out to us to replace a few shutters and also spend hours on end cleaning the black soot off of most of the existing shutters. After all the work was completed and the client was happy with it we reached out to this company to collect our payment for the work. They then started going around and around in circles on who was going to pay us. The owner of they company is extremely unprofessional and even stopped answering our phone calls. Needless to say it's been almost two years and this company still owes me 850.00. I advise you to stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. They are nothing more than liars and scammers!!!

The experience was horrible. They do not do a good job of communicating unless there is an anticipation of money. They will advise you to tell the insurance company that all work has been completed so all money will come in to pay them for their work. They do charge a deductible but will not discuss it until after some work is completed and have the audacity to be demanding when they have been told no money has been released by tbe insurance company. Do not use them and do not trust Rick.
