We had a great experience with the Restoration Management Company team that packed and placed in storage our items from our house after a thousand gallon plumbing flood in our home. Their packing staff were very professional and completed the project very efficiently. The demolition team did an outstanding professional job on the damaged areas.

They were all outstanding people to work with, understanding the devastation of our loses.

When a tree fell on my house, these guys were there within hours. They protected the house from further damage, got it repaired, and handled every detail with a great deal of attention. Well done!

They were easy to work with. Some of their sub-contractors were not reliable, they didn't show up as scheduled. There were some minor issues with the work, some of which I corrected and some the sub will be asked to correct. Overall, I would use them again for an insurance claim.

There is no better restoration company in the Portland area. There are many companies that claim to provide similar services but none I trust more. They are a highly experienced team that operates with the highest integrity. I don't do Google reviews often but I didn't hesitate to provide this one.

They were contacted by my insurance company to put a tarp over the roof after I had some tree damage. Quick response time greatly appreciated.
Requested a quote for repairing the damage and they wanted a signed contract before preparing the bid. Sorry but that's not the way I do business.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, their customer service was A+, and they were very fast and efficient with the work! I would defiantly use them again if I encounter fire damage in the future. You wont be disappointed that you called them! Great Company!

A client recently had a flooding issue in his new home. It was during one of the ice storms and he didn't know where to turn. I immediately called Fire Industry Restoration Experts. They were on the phone to him in minutes making a plan to restore his home. My client has thanked me several times. He calls Clay, "...a stand up guy." Within a day work was already being done to dry out the home and a plan was put together so my client had a direction and a new expected move-in date. It doesn't have to involve a fire to have an honest company like this one put your life back together, which is what it feels like when your home is damaged.

Several times I found myself amazed that a company this disorganized can stay in business. No one seemed to know what was going on. Things went missing or didn't get done and no matter who you talked to, they always thought "the other guy" was working on it. The people were nice enough, but when you're out of your home due to fire damage and there are multiple delays, excuses just don't cut it. I wish that I had done a little more price shopping as well because I found out that since they work on insurance jobs they price gouge pretty heavily. I could have gotten the same work done for about 40% less from a general contractor.

Scott (PM) is a awesome person on top of the details at hand! Was a pleasure working with him and great communications thru a long process of installation from our side due to weather! He always worked well with the clients and feel proud for the opportunity to work with this company!
