JP is one of the most down to earth business owners I know. He's more interested in helping you long term than making a quick buck. He's been in the business for a long time and is as professional and knowledgeable as they come. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for his services.

I’ve been coming to this company for two years now. Never left a review I never felt the need to but recently there is a new worker, her name is Italia. She is extremely helpful and kind. Always nice to have a friendly face when going to warehouses. Very reliable company, highly recommend, no complaints.

Been going to Jorgensen for a while. Always walk into the store with a high positive welcome and a smile by Karissa and Maria. In amd out quick with there great help at the front desk. Leonard also is willing to help with any questions. He's a great shop tech that not only helps with questions but resolves the problem . Thank you guys!

They used to be at Olive & Maple. My family has used them for years. Was so glad to find them open in their new location. Always professional, quick friendly service and very affordable. Love to support long standing local businesses

5 stars just is not enough. I called today expecting to be on hold or needing to schedule in advance like a week or so. Not with Protech Fire & Safety. JP was able to pencil me in same day. Just an hour or so after calling and scheduling. On time, never felt rushed or overcharged. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and speedy! We will always go with this company and JP! 10/10 would recommend!!

We had our fire extinguisher services by Western State Fire Protection, and entire experience was top- notch from star to finish.
Great communication. They treat their customers with care and respect. They make sure everything was up to code. We will definitely be using them again!

We have worked with the folks over at Mongiovi and Son for close to 10 years. Based off of their professionalism and honesty, I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing, excavation, or a sprinkler system. Rachele is our main contact and she is super responsive!

Guys at JR Wagner are nice, prompt, and quick to take up service which is admirable. Only caveat is that they’re much pricier than other professionals in the area, but I believe that still gets them 4/5 stars.

I think they need a course in public safety and driving etiquette!! This driver decided to cut me off, dang near side swipe me!! Better learn your lesson buddy before you get a bad accident and have a lawsuit against you!!

Been using them for years and the service is fantastic. Was sitting outside before they opened this am like a crazy person. They came out and fixed my issue and got me back to work.

I called ahead and asked if they could retest my paintball tank. I was told by the woman on the phone "all paintball age SCUBA style bottles are $44." Cool, I drop the bottle off on a Monday. Go to pick it up today and was told it's $85. Told them I was told otherwise by one of their employees and they just say "sorry for the misinformation." Needless to say, won't be returning.

Edit/update : I was given a call about and the gentleman apologized and said that even though a mistake was made, it should have been corrected and honored there on the spot. I was given a refund for the difference and all is good. It's very easy for a company to provide good customer service when things go smoothly, but it says a lot more when they're able to provide good service when a mistake has been made.

Out of all the fire sprinkler companies in central valley this one is by far the best.

We got tagged by the fire department for out of date inspections on our extinguishers being several years out of date - totally our fault, since we didn't make arrangements with anyone when we took over the location a few years ago. Thank you to El Paso Fire Department for putting out fires *and* working hard to keep fires from ever happening!

Justin at Henderson answered my phone call and took time out of his day to answer all of my questions on the requirements and the process. He was simply tremendous! We weren't even a customer yet and he was already taking care of us, and I never felt rushed or encouraged to end the call before all my questions were answered thoroughly. A+++

We now have our extinguishers tested and certified, and I was also able to pick up some quality re-conditioned Buckeye extinguishers for my personal vehicles. The service was fast and the pricing is incredibly reasonable.

Very excellent interaction with everyone at Henderson - over the phone and in person - and we're looking forward to continuing to do business with them in the future. Thank y'all so much!

Super friendly and helpful! We needed our fire extinguisher re-tagged for our foster home and Josh completed the job quickly and courteously. Fantastic service!!!

Had leak in water line, coming into my house. Once they were authorized by my homeowners association, they were here immediately, and worked after darkness, with lighting, until job was done. They were very kind and helpful with regard to the water coming into basement. I can't comment on price, since my HOA was handling that, but judging from other reviews it sounds like they are very good in that category, too. I was very thankful that they handled this job.

I was in need of annual inspections for my fleets fire extinguishers. I learned many were past their expiration and would need to be hydro tested. Stephen Witrado did an excellent job of explaining what was required by OSHA and how they would be able to assist me. He gave me a great price and was very professional. Will definitely be using Jorgensen again in the future.

Professionalism is an understatement. I’ve worked with Adam multiple times for multiple businesses that I am partnered with. I’ve never had a problem with their quality of service or getting answers to questions. When it comes to restaurant hood cleanings and inspections, the team at Mongiovi & Son is top notch and I highly recommend them!

We own a local shop n save and Mongiovi & Sons have always been our go to shop for hood cleaning, plumbing, and fire extinguisher/ sprinkler inspections. They do great work and are always there to answer any questions. We have always had a pleasant experience.
