Crossfire did an excellent job on a vent hood and makeup air system for our Pumpkin Patch. However, if you are a novice and you're looking at installing a hood, make sure you ask lots of questions and understand exactly the service you are contracting out. Crossfire does not hook up the electrical components of the system so be sure you understand completely what that means going in. Thanks to Wayne and the Crossfire crew for not leaving me hanging and helping make sure we were up and running before our opening day. Highly recommend.

I had problems with my hood so I call them on the weekends th they told me they will come and fix it with tow hours minimum for $ 1200 so I said yes they came and I didn’t know what he did but he fix it and he said you have to clean it but if you have problems with the Time bean call me I will come back so after 6 days I have the same problem and I called him and refused to come back and honer his work?

Hello , I'm an owner at filtershine Jacksonville . I love our service but had trouble with my marketing abilities . I'll often have restaurant owners/managers say they want our filter exchange service but they often have a hard time saying yes. It wasn't that I was terrible at sharing how we can help restaurants with a grease filter exchange service but Shayne pointed out some key issues with how I presented .
