1- Always provide recommendations and don’t surprise if he will choose the lowest package because his goal is how to make your floor look so amazing.

Hire Charlie!! We recently bought an older home that ended up needing far more renovation than we expected. The hardwood floors were originally in great shape, but after contractors, movers, and crews were in and out for weeks, they took quite a beating, even with everyone trying to be careful. Charlie brought them back to life and made them absolutely beautiful again. He answered every question, was incredibly patient, and took the time to teach us how to care for our floors moving forward. I never felt pressured or “sold” anything. In fact, he was refreshingly honest and even showed us ways to save money, which meant so much after already investing so much into the home. Charlie truly feels like that favorite uncle you trust implicitly, the one who looks out for you and makes sure you are taken care of. We are so grateful we found him!

The owner Julio and his team were extremely detailed and professional from start to finish. The project involved the demolition of 600 sq. ft. of existing concrete, leveling and sand prepping the subfloor, pouring polishable concrete, and then sealing and polishing it to a high-gloss finish.

Dylan and TJ were very professional and responsive to my special request to clean a small couch in addition to my carpets. They wore uniforms and booties on their shoes. They were a few minutes early for the appointment and we’re efficient and quick doing the job. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Dylan and his team were so professional. I bought my house a few months ago and for the life of me could not get my tile grout white and my floors didn’t have any shine. A&D is a very professional and friendly company. The owner gave us an estimate and the kind of work needed to clean and treat the floors and grout.
