Best carpet I've ever seen! Dylan and his crew graciously took on the job of cleaning and protecting my new carpet before I moved in from out of state. Manager of the apartment complex was so impressed with Dylan and his crew that she suggested to her superior that they switch carpet cleaning companies and use A&D Floor Restoration. Granite countertop repair

I had A&D come back this year to touch up my kitchen that was done last year and to do 2 bathrooms that I had not done last year because (I figured) the bathrooms had marble floors newly installed in 2020 vs. kitchen which was originally installed in 1988 so they didn’t need it. Boy was I wrong!!! There was a huge difference! Now my downstairs marble all looks wonderful!

Whenever one of our customers is in need of natural stone polishing services we always refer them to A&D and they do an amazing job.

We contacted A&D to see about fixing a crack that developed in a granite counter, and to seal a seam around a kitchen sink that opened slightly. Dylan was the most thorough about explaining options, and especially what needed to be done long-term to ensure we didn’t face the same issues again down the road. He didn’t try to upsell things that seemed unnecessary. The quote was competitive, and we ultimately used A&D’s services to make the repairs. Time will tell, but we have no reason to believe we got anything other than what was promised. Most importantly, we feel like our needs were addressed. Both Dylan and TJ were respectful of our home and were pleasant and professional all along.

Highly recommend A&D Floor Restoration! Dylan explained the process to clean and seal our travertine and marble floors - which had probably never been done. Tjay and Danny did excellent work - explaining each step along the way. They also cleaned our carpeting and replaced some caulking in the shower and kitchen sink. This review is for the owner Dylan of A & D carpet Cleaning LLC. We got our marble floor and counter tops cleaned in our rental home. The team and crew is very professional, and efficient. They provide detailed quotes, have excellent communication, and a clear commitment to excellence in their work. They were able to clean the floor back to its original color and shine. Without any reservation can highly recommend their service.

Look no further. If you think your carpets/tile/wood flooring are beyond salvage and have to be replaced, you need Dylan Maia (the "D" in A&D) take a closer look and give you an honest assessment of what can (or can't) be done. He'll tell you honestly how and why your flooring issues can be resolved. And then, he'll give you a fair estimate of what the costs will be upfront - no up-sell or "price-range."

As an owner of 8 rental properties, I've dealt with a high number of "Flooring Specialists" over the past 25 years. Most were fair-good, but nothing like the responsiveness, education on what methods, equipment and treatments would be the right for my specific needs.

I had convinced myself that I had to replace my carpets, re-grout my tiled surfaces and re-do or replace my hardwood flooring that would run into the thousands of dollars. I hired an independent flooring consultant out of the East Bay area to get an honest opinion and who could point me in the right direction to locate the best technicians in my area. The paid consultant generally agreed with my conclusions but offered hope that there is someone out there who could help.

I followed his guidance and make numerous calls to local suppliers of flooring equipment and supplies to provide referrals on who I should contact - figuring that they would know who was the best. The name A&D Flooring Restoration kept coming up.

I called and spoke with Dylan to come and examine my flooring and he arrived the next business day. He spent an hour inspecting and testing my carpets/tile and wood flooring, then laid out a plan to restore all of the surfaces - explaining what equipment, techniques and supplies his crew would use to bring them all back to life without having to replace/re-grout or repair my hardwood flooring (a free consultation and estimate - how refreshing!). He delivered on his promise to have the estimate to me by the end of the day - and kept his promise. Oh, and as left the home, he made another promise that A&D would exceed whatever expectations I had (Hmmm - maybe just sales hype).

The estimate was handled professionally and lower than what I had expected it to be. As it happens, in this case I'm selling the Town Home, so I was on a very short and strict deadline. Once my painter was finished (around mid-night one evening that week), the A&D crew was at my front door as promised at 8:00am the next morning. The crew went to work on the carpets and tile and quickly dispensed with the restoration which took about 4 hours to complete. With allowance for the carpets to dry overnight, Dylan himself was at my door the following morning at 7:00am to tackle the hardwood flooring. He followed the plan outlined to me and (almost incredibly) restored the hardwood to a virtually new appearance in just a few hours.

If I could give 6 stars I would gladly do that. A&D performed and honored all of their promises, but the kicker is Dylan's guarantee that they would exceed any expectations I had - which to my amazement, they did (and met my deadlines). No extras or "add-ons" they honored their estimate. I can vouch that my carpet came back to life (not new, but full and resilient) and removed every spot or soiled area (even along the sides of both staircases - no pet issues, but ground-in dirt and ????)

If you've read this far, you understand that the only recommendation I need to make is that instead of bringing in consultants or doing the kind of research I did to find them, simply give Dylan a call and a chance to inspect your flooring - no matter what shape it might be in. I'm just sorry it took me 25 years of working with a dozen other flooring companies before I was introduced to A&D Flooring Restoration.

BTW - I have no relationship (other than as an extremely satisfied customer) with A&D. I rarely leave reviews, but their performance on every level deserves these accolades, so I was anxious to write it (sorry for the length...)

I have used A&D in the past for carpet cleaning and tile. The technicians always arrive on schedule and are very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The gentleman who cleaned our shower floor was very professional and efficient. A&D promised a good job and it turned out excellent. We had stubborn mildew on the floor and Danny was able to completely remove it and restore the floor. Thank you! I would hire them again for any future projects.

A&D did a great job. They came out and restored our marble floors, grouted 3 bathroom sinks and tubs, and cleaned a large persian rug. Came out and gave an estimate; I scheduled the job, got automated reminders, and job completed at a high quality. Highly recommend them.

They came exactly on time and did a fabulous job on our Marble Bathroom countertops and floors that had etching from lemon water accident and other etchings. My Travertine Floors in the entry, hall, bathroom and laundry room look brand new!!

Had some grout replaced around the kitchen sink, and granite countertops cleaned and sealed. They did a great job, very knowledgeable about how to take care off our granite .

I decided to keep my tile floor rather than replace it and called Dylan. Dylan, CJ and Aaron came out and cleaned, re-grouted and polished my floors and changed the whole look of my home. They also cleaned my carpets and caulked my backed splash! It was a huge job and they took great care of my furniture and my home! Thank you everyone at A & D for all of your hard work for making my home look great!
