We had A&D Floor Restoration clean our garage carpet as this is where we do most of our family dinners/ gatherings. Danny showed up on time and was beyond professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We explained there were several stains that needed addressed. He made sure to address each stain with there special stain remover. I will say I expected the stains to return when dry and I was WRONG!! stains have NOT returned, whatever they use REALLY works.
The garage looks fantastic!! I will definitely be using them again and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great job well done.

I called and had 2 stains on my quartz kitchen countertops. I wanted an estimate to fix the stains as they were an eyesore. (Btw, for those of you who have googled how to remove stains from a quartz countertop, do NOT trust the google ai to mix hydrogen peroxide with baking powder to remove the stain. It made it worse and that is why I needed A & D). I also wanted them to restore sheen to a bathroom marble floor.

Their estimate was, imo, reasonable to get rid of the countertop stain along with polishing a bathroom floor. As I said the front office folks (Charlie) were timely in answering my questions. They are also great at scheduling.

So today TJ and Danny showed up and removed the stains (a water process that grinds the quartz down with no dust), The stains are gone and they resealed all my countertops. They were courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Trust me you rarely find firms like this anymore. Loved the service I got and recommend them highly. No wonder their reviews are a 5 - they are stellar!

A and D service was exceptional, beginning with the initial visit from Dylan, and including the three days of work, performed by TJ and Danny. They were all timely, polite, careful, and helpful. The refinished thirty-five year old marble looks brand new! We no longer feel we need to remodel the whole room. In fact, a friend just asked for a referral, and we of course had no hesitancy to recommend A and D.

Excellent service, very professional. Helped me out with some pet odor problems in my carpets and area rugs, and did a fantastic job! Have used them many times, and will continue to use them. Highly recommend.

When we met for estimate, a rosy picture was painted without communicating any risks and the possible unsatisfactory results. I wasn’t aware that likely there would still be large dark spots afterwards, if I have known, I would definitely choose to replace the tile instead of restoring it as lots of the tiles are not restorable. After this was done, the looks of the tiles are not good. Yet this team is unwilling to help. Very Disappointed.

A&D did excellent job on restoring our shower. They cleaned all the mold on the tiles and between the tiles, polished them and the shower looks like new now. They completed the job swiftly and nicely and we are glad to recommend them to everyone.

I recently used A&D Floor Restoration for one of my rental units after a tenant moved out, and they did an amazing job! They polished and sealed my granite countertops, cleaned and sealed the tile floors and shower walls, and even managed to remove a big stain on my fireplace wall from a burning candle that I didn’t think could come out. They also removed two stains on my bathroom sink countertop, and you can’t even tell they were ever there! The team was very nice and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend A&D Floor Restoration for any floor and countertop needs!

A &D is a very professional company. Dylan was very up front and honest with us about what we did and did not need. He did not attempt to up sell us, which was very refreshing. The man who came to do the work was very careful and did a perfect job on re-calking our shower.

They were very easy to deal with, came on time and did an excellent job. They told me what they could and couldn’t do for my granite countertops, which I appreciated. I’m a housekeeper and plan to recommend to my customers with granite countertops.

We used A&D to repair the granite in our outdoor kitchen. We had two large/long cracks on either side of the sink. Dylan came out to give an estimate and also explained what caused the cracks. CJ showed up punctually on the appointed date and time. He was polite and explained the process. He and Dylan worked together to repair the granite and finished up within the timeframe they’d indicated. They did a beautiful job matching the colors to the extent possible. I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism and workmanship.

Completely restored old, stained travertine and grout. Many other providers said they could not provide a solution to clean and restore the grout. The flooring now looks like it was just installed yesterday. I am blown away with the results.

The crew showed up when they said they would and produced the results they committed to during the initial inspection. This is rare for a contractor in my experience. Communication was great, expectations were clearly set and outcome was better than I had imagined. This provider really knows what they are doing and they understand the importance of saying what they will do and doing what they say.

Sorry about the late review for the work that was done back in December. We had cracking in the granite countertop right behind our kitchen sink. The granite has a few colors & intricate free patterns. So, the repairs had to be done the right way. Furthermore, all the plumbing fixtures had to be taken out, and reinstalled. A&D took care of the entire job masterfully. Both crack repairs (including removal of a part of the edge iron rod) and plumbing work were done perfectly. The repairs are barely noticeable. Entire process from estimate to completion was very well managed. highly recommend A&D.

Daniel was super courteous, professional and efficient. He showed up on time, set up and kept me appraised of what he was going to do as he worked through the scope of the project. His attention to detail showed in the quality of the work. I would definitely use this company again and highly refer them to anyone else that needs their floors cleaned. Our tile and grout looks brand new like the day we moved into our brand new home.

The entire process was seamless. Dylan gave me a bid which I thought was extremely reasonable. His team came in just the day they said, punctual extremely neat and clean more importantly the results were outstanding highly recommend this organization.

I’m bummed that I didn’t take any before pictures! Our grout was black, we had chips and cracked tile. Hard water stains on our glass shower, and what I thought was going to require a full remodel in two bathrooms and replace the flooring! A&D Restoration not only saved us thousands of dollars in remodeling fees, but transformed our bathrooms and floors! We moved to our house over 15 years ago, and it looks exactly like the prestige move in condition!

In addition to our house looking shiny and new, the team representing A&D was prompt, informative, friendly, and exceptional with follow through and communication.
