Fantastic experience with RiteRug Flooring! We’ve used them multiple times and each time they deliver exceptional service, quality product, and a phenomenal installation team! Today’s job was no different! From the upfront work with Josh, whom is trustworthy and knowledgeable, to Oscar and his install team who are professional, skilled, and courteous, everything was seamless! Really appreciate Josh, Oscar and the whole team at RiteRug!

We had a great experience with RiteRug. Mark was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always available to answer all of our questions. My only critique would be that the scheduling for rough cuts and installation could be a little more concrete or communicated better. Nonetheless, our finished product looks beautiful and we are very happy with the quality of the carpet and the labor that was done. We would definitely use RiteRug again in the future.

Rite Rug did an awesome job!

Eric came out with the mobile showroom so we could pick out our carpet from home, which helps a lot, to be able to see the colors in your own space.

Rite Rug absolutely gave us the best price around. We compared with another carpet store and a home improvement store. The other carpet store couldn't match our low quote from Rite Rug, so we feel confident that we got a great value. Our quote included everything from tearing the old carpet up, a pad underneath, etc... there were no surprise charges.

We are super happy with our carpet and the install. The guys were punctual, friendly, and efficent. They made sure we were happy with the job before they left. They also cleaned up and left everything looking better than they found it.

We'll definitely use Rite Rug for our future flooring needs!

So, I initially scheduled a few other flooring estimates, including with Rite Rug. I had planned on going with the company with the best deal or value, however, that plan changed when I spoke with and met with Eric from Rite Rug. First of all, I want to point out how easy it is to schedule an estimate appointment at Rite Rug. They made it very easy, as you can go right to their website and schedule it online! The easiest way I've come across, compared to the other companies I looked up. Not to mention, a day later, Eric called me to confirm the appointment, and was very flexible with me. Despite him working later that day, he still made it work with his schedule. And, the day of the estimate was the most simple and easy experience. Eric was professional, friendly, helpful, and patient. The measurements didn't take long at all, and he was very helpful and patient while me and my husband were deciding on the floor arrangements. Their samples were great too! Overall, the decision-making process was made easy with Eric's help and patience.
Also, I want to point out how user-friendly and efficient Rite Rug's website is. Their website makes it extremely easy to search for the flooring you're looking for. The only thing that needs work, in my opinion, is for them to update the pictures they use for advertising some of their carpets. Those pictures definitely don't give those beautiful looking carpets any justice at all! However, despite the poor picture quality, their website made it so easy for me to decide which carpet and vinyl I wanted for my home. And, after I spent a little time comparing their website with the other flooring companies I was researching, Rite Rug had the best one by far. And, of course, after the positive experience I had with Eric, I knew that I wouldn't even bother with the other companies. I ended up cancelling all my other flooring estimates and going with Rite Rug in the end. I just couldn't get over how seamless everything was.
After the estimate was completed, Eric was so quick to help schedule the flooring installation. He was also very quick with getting back to me when I had questions. He made the scheduling process easy. And, he even gave us a discount on the flooring, which was great. And, when I had questions prior to installation day, he was always quick to respond via text or call. And, even though they cannot give you an exact time when the installers will arrive, they arrived in the morning anyway, and were very friendly. And, they were very quick to get things done. They got right to work as soon as they arrived, and didn't stop working until the job was done. The whole process, didn't take as long as I thought it would, and they were done by the end of the work day. They also made sure to vacuum the carpet before they left, which was a plus. There was only just a small mess to clean up from the little pieces of carpet left near the baseboards, and I did have to clean up the bathroom a little, from the toilet being removed, but overall, they were very quick and efficient and did their job well, and the flooring turned out looking sharp! We are very much in love with our new floors! Overall, I would definitely recommend Rite Rug, if you're looking to get flooring replaced or for a re-model. The customer service is wonderful, their website is very user-friendly and effective, and you'll have some very nice flooring at the end, if you choose to let them install. So, go ahead and schedule that estimate! You won't regret it!

P.S. If people would actually READ the documents that you sign prior to your flooring installation, you would know that it's actually very common and NORMAL for your baseboards to have some minor damage after installation. They even suggest that you touch them up after installation. Come on, people, learn to actually be thorough and READ, rather than come back here to complain and give a poor review on a good company. Maybe, you should have installed the floors yourself, since your baseboards mean that much to you. You know, it's pretty simple to touch up baseboards.

WE LOVE OUR NEW WOOD FLOORS FROM RITE RUG!!! We went into their store showroom and Warren Havens talked with me and my husband and we made an in home appointment for him to come and measure and bring samples of what he thought we might like after speaking with him. Warren Havens was so very nice to deal with and he represented Rite Rug in the most professional way. He answered all our questions and concerns and he sent a very great team with Oscar as the Owner to our home to have it installed. They were the nicest group of people and they worked so hard and were a joy to have in our home. They were professional and so neat. When tbey finished, everything was cleaned up and we were thrilled!! Thank you to Oscar and his Team! And Thank You to Warren Havens for making this experience a joy for us as our entire home flooring, except for baths and laundry, was replaced with beautiful wood flooring!! WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH OUR NEW WOOD FLOORS! Thank you to Rite Rug for employing people like Warren Havens who really care about their customers!!

There are so many great things about RiteRug. We have floors put down in 9 rooms plus stairs. They were able to get it completed (except the stairs due to materials shipping delays-not their fault) in just two days at a great cost! They look great and now our stairs look even better! They did not put our toilets back on after the job which is why I am giving four stars. They were also a little late and texted to postpone one day, but that didn’t bother me since I am off on summer break. I could see if you took off a day of work where that could be a problem. Overall we are pleased with our flooring! The workers were efficient and friendly. Our floors look amazing and I would definitely recommend RiteRug!

I worked with Lauren to have carpet installed at a property renovation in Lexington while I was located out of state. The process was extremely smooth and easy. Pricing reasonable, great carpet options. Contractors arrived on time and finished the job well. 10/10 would use again!

We used Rite Rug to replace two areas in our house that were wore out. One area we replaced with carpet, the other we replace with hardwood. Both sets of workers who came were very professional and paid extreme attention to detail. Their sales man Eric Stembridge, was extremely patient and accommodating. Very, very good service.

Rite Floor at the right time!

We were needing to replace a carpeted bedroom and closet of our recently purchased home to match the floors of the other bedrooms. The RiteRug team was able to get the same flooring ordered quickly and the installation even quicker.

My husband and I shopped around for our carpet. Our final decision was to go with RiteRug Flooring in Lexington, KY. Lisa was very helpful and courteous. She came to our house which is 60 miles from Lexington and measured for the amount of carpet that we would need. The installers were very friendly and did a fantastic job laying the carpet. They also moved our heavy furniture which was so helpful for us. We are so pleased with our carpet and everyone that we dealt with. We highly recommend RiteRug Flooring.

Eric was so great to work with. He helped me pick out what worked best for my home and quickly got me a quote. We had looked at carpet at other places and it was going to take several weeks to get installed, and the price was considerably higher. I was so pleased they could get our carpet installed in less than two weeks from when we ordered it. The installers worked very hard and were helpful in moving the furniture and cleaning up afterward.

Eric S was our salesman and he was always reachable via email, call, or text and made the whole process as smooth as possible. He recommended pieces within our budget, accommodated with recommendations based on pets, kids, foot traffic, etc. He helped coordinate with movers and painters to have a perfect timeline of project management. The carpet crew that came in had the entire carpet removed and replaced, with post-cleanup, in five hours and left without making it look like they were ever there. Price was more than manageable. 110% recommend.
