Flooring reviews across the US

Tree levers came in, assessed my project, and did top-quality work with minimal disruption in my home. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!

We have used Tree Lovers for Floors for both new floors and restoration. They are excellent and responsive. Absolutely five stars.

It's a wonderful thing, to still have Tree Lover's here to represent for the old, original, 100% San Francisco set. This company stands in the place once shared by Bay Area icons like Herb Caen, Little's Joe's, and those early money-dripping SF Showcase houses where Tree Lover's always did the floors.. That is the kind of quality that costs more. They probably won't be your low bid or your eager newcomer. But they have maintained the ability to do those wonderful archaic floors while keeping up with contemporary expressions; a truly creative company. Thanks Chris, Janet and the hard working crew. Stick around another 25+ years please..

Tree Lovers Floor company is one of the best. I am a general contractor and am very service mined, so was satisfied to see that Christopher and team are the same. I would recommend Tree Lovers for small patches to large projects.

Tree Lovers Floors did an amazing job repairing the finish on the hardwood floors at the top of our stairs, refinishing our kitchen floor (which has been totally abused) and making a new threshold piece. The floors that were worked on blend in with the rest of the floors so you can't tell where the old floors end and the newly finished floors begins. All in all, very happy with the results and highly recommend Tree Lovers Floors!

Tree Lovers Floors are true professionals. They know what they are doing and give great advice as to what flooring works best in the application.
Their installation team has a lot of experience with them and they get the job done and do it right! I have used them multiple times and will not use another company. Very satisfied

Terrific service, they were responsive, careful, quick, high-quality. Thank you so much!

They did a truly neat job. They were prompt and on-time, and they completed the project as originally agreed. They are very responsive in communication and are very reliable.

Diego and his team did a beautiful job putting vinyl floors in the basement. Highly recommend!

Maria and Diego Paredes are very professional in dealing with their customers. We are very happy about the vinyl floor they installed in our living area.

We hired Nova Flooring to sand and stain our wooden deck. They did a superb job! They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

My Aunt Gladys loves the job Nova Flooring did. Diego and his team were extremely prompt, efficient, patient and understanding. The floors look amazing. I highly recommend them

RIP OFF COMPANY!
I called nova flooring for a quote and they first told me they do everything including painting. The estimator came to the house then proceeded to tell me other companies would do the painting not them. PISS POOR customer service. I waited a week for my quote and left countless voicemails to return my call. They never bothered to return my call and sent a text message many hours later. The quote they gave me was $40,000.00 to re-sand the floors and add stain to it.

I questioned them on their astronomical bogus cost amount and they said that was for the wood and high quality stain. Are you kidding me? I never asked to replace the flooring it was a simple sanding with added stain. Still, this is through text while the company never had the decency to provide adequate customer service by calling and speaking with me.

Someone named Diego called me and I asked why he felt it was good customer service to not return phone calls and speak to their clients one on one? He cut me off and in broken English tells me to have a good day and hung up on me.

Do not USE this company! they are complete rip offs!

Diego, of Nova Flooring, did a terrific job removing the old carpet and installing the new floors. They were responsive, punctual, competent, as well as friendly and able to handle all the small issues that arose. It was a pleasure to work with them and I highly, unequivocally recommend them.

Our whole experience was fantastic. Diego came and gave us a very reasonable estimate on Saturday and started the project on Monday. Our floors looked terrible and within 3 days they look AMAZING! I can’t believe they’re the same floors! I’d highly recommend them to anyone!
