I called this place for information for commercial services for my company and the person you guys have on the phone (Christine) her customer service is discussing! she needs to learn how to manage a service call in a timely professional manner. I will never call this place again!!! Poor service.

I’ve been investing in property for twenty years. I cannot overstate the importance of getting quality testing done before your purchase, for the safety of your investment and for the safety of the occupant(s). I’ve used multiple companies in multiple states and Everest has by far been the best. I highly recommend.

Communication was fair. Arrival was on time and polite. However, I did not think our objectives were heard or attended to. After payment, we were largely ignored with our requests. This was for a residential assessment and I cannot recommend.

Great assistance with providing Planned Systems International Inc (Valparaiso, FL) with a report that details what is in the air in our commercial building. We had a Mold and Moisture Assessment done. We can now take this report and update our HVAC system to help mitigate anything toxic we may be breathing in. The test itself was non-evasive and only took a few hours. Thank you to Les Retherford for being so nice and helpful with explaining the process.

The Everest Team did a very thorough evaluation of water intrusion in my new home after hurricane. Very professional and detailed in work and report. Cost was covered by my insurance and also helped me in the process of insurance review, mold remediation and repairs. Without this report much would have been missed and would have had to be contended with later when the problem became bigger. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I just got off the phone with a dear lady named Serina who works in flooring. I had several questions regarding the cost of installation, etc. Since she was finishing up with another customer, she told me if I didn't mind waiting, she would help me with all my questions. After only a 5 minute wait, she was back to me and SPENT 45 MINUTES WITH ME researching and suggesting possibiities as we both sat at our computers while on the phone with each other. WOW!! Granted, it had been a horrible rainy night and the store was dead, but she didn't HAVE to do that. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Horrible customer service. Asked for help finding a bolt. Employee sent me to the wrong section. Asked a second time, and the same employee was no help. I found the bolt on my own. However, they did not have the matching nut. Amazon for the win.

Most of the time I have good experiences. However, I've been to the doors and windows desk 4 times in the last couple of weeks to get a quote on a patio door and I had the following experiences; someone will be right with you (nobody showed up), there is no one in this department tonight (from some guy working in hardware approx. 5pm), I am not sure but I will find out the price and call you back (they never called me), and finally I went to the customer service desk and they said they were not able to find me a price because it was a special order (they took my name and number and said someone will call me and they never did).
