Constraction reviews in Altamonte Springs, Florida

Half of my house had to be demo because a toilet in the second floor overflowed damaging the ceiling from the first floor. I called the office and Luisana was pretty fast in getting a team out to extract water, Eduardo and Francisco took care of remediation and Nathan was in charge of the reconstruction. There was communication all over the process and my house finished with new flooring and like it never even happened. Thanks Servpro!

Kattar and Víctor can out and made sure our entire house was clear. They continued to check each day that no mold was growing and brought all equipment needed. They were so professional and comforting through this extremely difficult process.

Chris from Servpro came out to evaluate our bathroom shower and see if it would be a candidate for toxic mold remediation. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but extremely honest and helpful. He gave us a lot of helpful tips and hints beyond what we called him out for. It's good to know that there are still companies out there that care about people and are trustworthy.

After a leak in my roof, the damage to my house was terrible. Fortunately, Kattar and Victor have done a splendid job. Since they arrived, they have treated me calmly, patiently, and professionally.

⁩ Very impressed with how helpful, personable and knowledgable everyone I talked to was. They were on site quickly and taking care of our issue in a sincerely caring way, conscientious of our comfort and safety through the process. I highly recommend Jesus, Kattar and Dom should you have to deal with any disaster, big or small, in your home or office, they made it endurable. Thank you Servpro!

Kattar,Jesus and Victor are very professional, very kind and took the time to understand what are your expectations. Base on my experiences with that team I already recommended Service Pro to everybody that I am talking to.

Kattar and Victor did a fantastic job and were very professional and helpful. Got the old wet flooring out and set the fans to get everything dry. I recommend them both for everyone

The team was very helpful even with insurance. They (Fabian and Jose) were always courteous and responsive to my needs. Jesus responded immediately when I called the office about the leak and willing to get a team out that night. Thank you for your help.

Luciano and Victor did a fabulous job cleaning my mother's carpet after a terrible fall. I'd hire them again!

Our house flooded a couple of weeks ago due to our kitchen sink. We originally went with a different company our insurance company referred us to and they didn't even check the entire house. A friend told us about Servpro and they checked every wall and every single room. They were able to get the fans and dehumidifiers in there right away. They even took care of all of our soaked carpets for us and cleaned our Daughter's carpet in her room. I would highly recommend them.

I am extremely happy and impressed by the work currently being completed at my home. Kattar and Victor have kept me informed the entire process. They have been punctual each day giving me a text when they are on the way and on their arrival, as well as when they are leaving for the day.
My home had mold hidden where previous inspections missed. They are going to great lengths to ensure that my family and I can come home to a safe environment and my home will be brought back to pre-storm condition.
Thank you Servpro!

We had a flood in our house right before Christmas and Jesus, Kattar and Dom saved the day. Their level of professionalism, subject matter expertise and customer service are unrivaled. We recommend them without reservation and would rely on them for any issue in the future.

Fabian and Jesus for instrumental in ensuring our unfortunate situation in the shortest amount of time possible. Their professionalism, courteous and expeditious service saved us a lot of heartache. We've been using them since January when we had an unfortunate sewer leak on the first floor which resulted in an exceptionally large project and insurance claim. This company and these fellas in particular were unlike any other experience we've had when it came to contractors taking care of a large project in the house. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat without any second thought.

We experienced a water leak in our master bedroom. Kattar and Víctor from Servpro Altamonte and his crew did an amazing job of drying the water damage quickly and within the time they estimated. They were professional and made us feel very comfortable with the service they provided and answered all of our questions. We will definitely keep their information for future use

We had major flooding and mold due to a faulty upstairs washing machine and Javier and his team were extremely helpful. They packed everything with care and moved everything out for us for storage. They set up plenty of dehumidifiers, removed all of the damaged drywall and flooring, and communicated with us every step of the way. They made the overall process far less stressful and did a good job.

I would like to express my gratitude to the following members of the Serv Pro Team.

Cory Barfield
Fabian Roca
Herman Soler
Lorena Morales
Maria Jose Cabrera
John Varela

Our house flooded last week due to the water heater.Originally our insurance went with a different company that didn’t even check the entire house. A friend told me about Servpro and fabian and Jose Perez checked every wall and floor in every single room , they were able to get the fans and dehumidifiers right away and very professionally . They even took care of my soaked carpet and cleaned. I would highly recommend this team . And the office staff was pretty nice and politely with all our questions ( John , Lusiana and Marilyn )

What a such incredible crew this company has! I cannot believe how quickly and effective the team commanded by Jesus Perez in conducting the pack out of my house after a flooding.

Needless to say how impress I am with Fabian Roca and Jose Perez in the coordination and execution of all our needs from effectively communicating the steps of the recovery process to communicating with the insurance company. Wow! Just an outstanding job! Certainly greatly recommend.

Pretty professional company! I had a water leak in my house in Altamonte and Javier and Rafi responded really fast and dry all the walls that were affected in less than a week. I will recommend this company to everyone on a emergency.
The crew is very professional and educated

Víctor and kattar did an amazing job with my condo fire. It was truly one of the hardest nights of my life but their reassuring attitude and positive demeanor helped me get through it. After the initial water from the sprinklers was removed, they had my condo packed out and cleaned up within a few days. I couldn't believe how fast they moved. The did an excellent job. I highly recommend Serv Pro but am very hopeful I never have to call them again. ha!
