Paradise Pools by Design installed the luxury pool of my dreams. From the early planning stages, Wes created a computer generated pool and landscape design that was perfect for my needs and well within my budget. He kept me informed as to what to expect during each phase of the pool construction. The completed project was just what I wanted. I would highly recommend Paradise Pools to anyone looking for new pool construction.

These people are the absolute worst. I contacted them during the design stage and he laughed and said you are way too early, call in a few months.
Wes the owner was incredible until we chose them. The permitting was delayed weeks before being submitted. It was impossible to get them to do anything on time. The only times they would get anything done was when we threatened. They promised and missed so many deadlines. The house was done before the pool. The glass fell out the pool, the marble is mismatched, the spa was weeks delayed. I can go on for ever. Save your self the headache and choose another company. For the money we spent on this luxurious pool, we did not expect this poor service.

These guys built us our dream pool. Ryan is an all-star designer, Jason spearheaded the construction and was always easy to reach and kept in good communication with us. Great crew, always were easy to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to create paradise in their backyard!

Tod Brown (Designer/ Sales) and Justin Miller (Construction Supervisor) - What an outstanding duo!

Tod listened intently and clearly saw "the vision" as we sat down the first time and he drew out and created a perfect pool with all the curves, characteristics and appeal that we desired. All this was happening while Tod's fun attitude and slight sarcasm shined. 🙂 A pool is only as good as it's "guts." He not only made the pool look good from the outside, but he also made sure we had the best of the best plumbing, pump, UV, Fusion2 and lighting options. He ensured we were comfortable and confident with the final design and brought us to the cost we felt most comfortable with.

Justin came to bat for us from the very beginning, ensuring the plethora of subcontractors that came through our back yard were the best of the best. All work completed was done with such accuracy and quality and never appeared to be rushed. If we had any questions during the process, Justin was just a call or text away, always answering immediately or quickly responding. Justin made us feel comfortable and confident in the process even when things might have appeared chaotic at times.

A masterpiece doesn't start off looking that way, but give it some time and the pricelessness of it will gradually appear. This is how we feel about our oasis. We truly have a paradise to call our own! Don’t waste your time! After a great first impression with the salesman, everything went downhill fast. The salesman says our neighbors fence would not need to come down and on the first day of construction that’s the first thing they tell me. It must come down. After repeatedly trying to contact the owner and the salesman, neither would call back. They started the pool on February and it just ended October 23rd! For a 9,000 gallon pool. The quality of the work was ok, not great. But the worst part is the lack of communication. The project manager, Jason and his boss, Matt, would never answer phone calls either and resorted to text! Every small issue we had was fixed but only after telling Jason several times. Each time we’d bring it up it was like they were hearing it for the first time again. Matt does a “final walk through” and says all issues will be fixed. 3 weeks later, nothing was done. So I text Matt and he says he thought Jason fixed it all. I told them I would submit the last small payment when they finished the small issues like neighbors broken sprinkler head. Then that’s when the owner, Wes calls and leaves me a voicemail saying he’s going to send me to collections over something they had not even completed to that point. My guess is Matt and Jason didn’t tell Wes they weren’t finished. But real nice of the owner to finally reach out to his customer to make the threat of collections. I highly recommended finding a better company. That shouldn’t be hard. There were many more issues that I didn’t want to waste my time and put on here.

We are very pleased with our pool and patio area from Paradise Pools . From start to finish we were kept well informed of the progress and completion was actually ahead of scheduled date. Ryan helped us design the perfect pool to fit our property. He was very informative and helpful with the decision making process. All the sight workers were very polite and kept the work area well organized. We highly recommend Paradise ❤️

We have chosen to go with Paradise Pools By Design after working with Brett the last several weeks. Brett was able to create a design for our space incorporating our ideas, along with his design expertise for not only a beautiful final product, but a very functional one. This is our second pool to have built, the first was by a company that we refused to give the chance to build this one. Brett spoke with us about all the difficulties and failures of our first experience with the other company and gave us confidence these would not take place during our build. Brett went over all the equipment and engineering details I was curious about to ensure the final product would be one of great quality and last for decades to come. We are excited to once again start the pool construction process and I will update this review and include pictures once the project is complete. So far we are off to a fantastic start.

Ryan and the team at Paradise pools are the best. I had some product problems that was no faults of Ryan or his team that resulted in rusting scuppers. Ryan and his onsite manager Brandon resolved the problem at their cost. Most companies in my experience would have never taken accountability, but the team at paradise pools hold their business and ethic standards to higher level.
I feel confident recommending them for all your pool construction and service needs.

Brett Holland came out and surveyed my land and gave me an impeccable evaluation. He was very professional and down to earth. He educated me on my land and told me what the best fit would be with the space and layout of my land. He took in to account my elevation and topography and all details. He even assured me they had people to assist with replacement of sod and irrigation. Great company. If you are looking for a pool, look no further than Brett with Paradise Pools by Design.

Paradise Pools By Design built our pool and spa as well as performs our weekly maintenance. I LOVE the service they provide. If ever I have an issue Matt and/or Wes jump right on it. So long as they are in business I will work with their company. It is rare these days to work with professionals that are so responsive and provide quality work. I want to share with you what an outstanding job Paradise Pools by Design did with the design, construction and opening of our new pool. We recently built a new home and we found what would become our dream pool in a home magazine. We had called several pool companies and were unhappy with their attitude when answering our questions and their lack of comprehending the pool design we were looking for. We were given the recommendation of Paradise Pools by Design from one of the local customer home builders. We met with Wes Holland and after just the first meeting we knew that we were going with Paradise Pools by Design. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of pool design, construction, and maintenance. Wes was able to take that picture from the magazine and create a wonderful pool that fit both our home and our budget. He used a pool design application that was able to produce an image of what the finished pool would look like. This provided my wife and I the peace of mind that the final design would be exactly what we wanted.

I’ve heard of nightmare stories from friends about the actual construction process of their pools. This is absolutely where Paradise Pools by Design excels and differentiate itself from other pool builders. Ryan Holland was the project manager for our pool construction. The construction and the quality of the installation is the most important part of this entire process. Ryan has some of the best tradesman in the business and he ensured that pool was constructed properly and on schedule. When we called Ryan for some minor warranty issues months after the completion of the pool he was as responsive as the day he started the pool.

Paradise Pools by Design provided my family a custom pool for the same price that our neighbors paid for the typical cookie cutter style pools. We would highly recommend Paradise Pools by Design to anyone that is interested in building a pool.

Connected with Matt and his team in the Fall of 2023 for a 30 year old pool conversion (saline) and complete renovation with heat pump. They have been great and timely. Would use them again. My mother came over on Easter (2024) and swam with my son for the first time and she complimented how beautiful the finished project presented.

Paradise Pools was a great company to do business with. They bring a consultative approach to designing the pools based on the style of house that you have as well as you're individual taste. On top of helping design and build a great pool, they're very professionalism is second to none in their space. Very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. It was the easiest process we dealt with in building a new house. Lastly, their pricing was surprisingly good for the quality of work they do. Highly recommend working with them.

Paradise was professional from start to finish. They finished the pool on schedule and took care of every punch list item I had. The pool, spa, porch and screen are all top quality. The crews were all professional and I really appreciate the work they did especially our designer - Brett Holland. Brett came up with the winning design and it turned out exactly as we discussed. From the initial consultation through the multiple steps that were taken in order to build and design our own paradise pool in our backyard the overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Paradise Pools by design. The staff and Craftsman were very attentive to every detail and we really appreciate that.

We enjoyed our experience with Paradise Pools. There was some turnover with employees which made it a little confusing in the beginning but we ended up with Justin being our Project Manager and he was GREAT to work with. Very patient and would answer all of our questions. Super thankful for him. My mom was also building with Paradise and had a very different experience... She did finally get Brandon who has been VERY helpful to her. We’re happy with our pool, however I think Paradise may be on the higher end of pool pricing.

Customer service is amazing! Even after 6 month of having our pool the rep Matt is happy to come out to help with pump questions. We were not too sure how to clean our filter, one text and Matt came out the next day to show us how to do it...again 😂. You guys rock!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY/EXPERIENCE FOR ANY POOL CLEANING/MAINTENANCE. There attention to detail is horrible! Techs are in and out of pools 5/10 minutes while they overcharge you! Ridiculous! They also wait almost 2 months to clean filters and most techs don’t even clean the filter. When something breaks you wait months and months for them to get out to you if they can even remember. The manager I believe his name is Matt, is very rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend to look else where for any pool services. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Love Paradise Pools. I'm so happy we went with this company. As first time pool owners these guys exceeded our expectations. If we ever have a question about our pool Matt quickly responds...even 2 years later. Many of our neighbors have also used them because of how much we raved about their service.
