Constraction reviews in Altamonte Springs, Florida

We love Paradise Pools. What a great job they've done! I would recommend them absolutely to folks. All the staff are hands on! Jason is great and Matt is too. Vince thank you for taking care of everything step by step! Austin you are Amazing! Y'all rock this!

Excellent work. Ronaldo kept us up-to-date every week on the pools progress. They were really organized and quick (whole project was completed in 3 months, including the time waiting for permits). Something to highlight is the level of detail they maintain on their work. It really shows how seriously they take their customer's satisfaction.

Wes is a riot!!

Great Company!

So happy with the job these guys did for me.

Amazing job, very responsive to all of questions. Highly recommend.

Paradise pool By Design did a awesome job on building my swimming pool.

Ryan did a great job on the design and getting things together.

Great pool experience. If you want something different this is the place to call. They are very customer service friendly and great communication.

Great job! Loved the team. Would recommend them to everyone ❤️❤️

Building a pool during a pandemic was challenging. Marcus, Mike and Pete were stellar. Thank you for the beautiful pool and service!

Paradise Pools by Design are the luxury pool and spa experts. They completed an unbelievable pool renovation for a home I purchased complete with a spa, pool waterfall and pool landscaping that takes your breath away!

This company is THE BEST!! They were able to take what I only imagined to first a visual representation then to the real thing with no problems AT ALL! I would recommend them again and again and again! Thanks to Paradise Pools By Design I now have the pool that was for too long only in my dreams!!

2 years now and had some minor issues that required poor reviews to get completed. Once the reviews got posted within hours the text came and the contractors shows up the next 2 days. My recommendations don’t let it come to that.

Pool is looking good and functioning properly with everything finished.

This is not really a review as they were "too busy" to look into or work on my project. I have a pool renovation that was bid on by several other companies for around 60K, Paradise Pools told me my project wasn't "big enough" to bid on. Someone else gets my business then. C'est La Vie! :-(

After looking online and calling around, I was really excited to potentially work with Paradise pools after seeing all the good reviews. Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. I have a 75k budget for the pool and also need some miscellaneous items I wanted to add in my yard. Outdoor kitchen & concreteslab (separate from the 75k). I thought I would get some direction on a subcontractor for the kitchen, but my salesperson didn't seem interested in looking into it. Still not sure if Paradise subs that scope out or not? Apparently he was super busy with everyone's requests (his words), that I was told I couldn't get the full picture drawing other companies do so you can see your vision of how it will look. That for me was a huge bummer, as I'm sure for almost everyone you would want to see the full picture of what your pool is going to look like. With just measurements of a pool for me was not enough, especially on such a huge project for me and my family. Once I received the proposal (which I felt like I was a bother for even asking for it), I had no clue what some things even meant because nothing was explained. It was just emailed and a follow up text a few days after asking if I was going to move foward. So now I ended up contacting another builder that was able to explain everything to me, show me a 3D picture of how my pool is going to look, ask me specifics on what I wanted so pricing can be as accurate as possible on spa heights, tiles, pavers, etc., etc.. Still not commited to them yet, but ppl do your homework! I am not going to put names out there because it is not my intention of bashing someone. Maybe I just wasn't lucky on getting a good sales rep. Just disappointed it turned out this way.

Ryan Holland and his entire team are the most professional contractors I have had the pleasure hiring, period.
All usual pain, patience and frustration one must endure when hiring any contractor to do any type of project - these guys were the exact opposite; what a pleasant surprise..
Starting from their fair pricing, no budget surprises, work started on time, their attention to details and perfectionism, calling to check if everything is ok after getting paid in full and more.
It was a real pleasure, I would not hire anyone else for a custom high-end pool. I just wish they had more services that I could hire them for instead of all the rest of the contractors out there !

Excellent design and construction. They use the best quality materials, specifically they use the original PebbleTec which really makes a difference in pool finishes.
But what I really like is the service that support their company after everything is done. Matt Clark is in charge of that department, and I only have positive feedbacks about him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very fast solving any issue.
Im very happy with the experience I have had with them.

I had a very smooth experience with the company. They take time to explain everything to you in details and go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything. Also they listened to us and made sure to design the pool of our dreams. They also provide with better quality pools that will allow you the peace of mind in the future. I can’t wait to see my pool built!

We chose Paradise Pools by Design because of Brett Holland and their eceptional experance with rock work . He came out to our house to view our property and listen to our wants / desires for our dream pool. We had a unique yard and needed advise for pool placement. Unlike other contractors Brett took our input along with the flow of our house and yard into the design. He obviously spent many hours creating the design concept. His 3D rendering was beyond the best technology used to show our future dream pool. We had not experiance this type of detail and visual expearance with other pool companies. He made us feel very comfortable and proved that he was our advocate in this pool process.
