Constraction reviews in Apopka, Florida

I can't speak to service quality. The residences have bright and legible signage, which rejects any handouts or direct solicitation. This includes a posting in direct line of sight for anyone hanging things onto the doorknob. We've had no personal interaction, but already have a negative indication of mutual respect. We have properties marked with bright and contrasting signage, please communicate with your solicitors.

An outstanding job re-tiling the seams on our roof. The quote was good, the crew were on site when promised and worked hard all day to get the job finished. Quality of work was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the job!

Their work was excellent and timely without any problems. I highly recommend them

Edwin was professional guy, Who was punctual and quick to come and make the estimate, clearly explained to me the details about the work they need to do on the house regarding the siding.

Having reliable companies to work with during house flips is invaluable. I'm on my 5th reroof in the last few years. JJ Marino with construction unlimited makes sure ever job is done in a reasonable amount of time and done right. Never any issue. Would recommend them to anybody.

Constructed Unlimited was an amazing team!! I met with Scott who came and gave me a quote and answered all my questions including costs, financing, warranty, etc. He also was very transparent about my options and tailored to my needs which was high quality shingles within a budget since this was an out of pocket job for me. Throughout the whole process he was very responsive and always just a text away. Cole and the team came out and finished the project within 2 days (combatting the Florida rain). Inspection happened the next business day and we are good to go! Everything was seamless and the communication was efficient. The team did a great job.

I have worked with Mr. Jerry Shaw and I’m very impressed. He is knowledgeable, explains thoroughly and really cares about his clients. Thank you, Jerry! You were excellent to work with and it was as truly a breeze.

Excellent Company, in all phases. From quotation with scope of work. Great communication, scheduled and on time installation with daily clean up. They were outstanding even with my special request of 2 colors.
