Constraction reviews in Apopka, Florida

Albert was a great salesman! He gave every detail needed and got straight to the point with all the important things. He gave us a very good quote with bonuses compared to the surrounding competitors so we decided to seal the deal with him and are very glad we did. 5 star service, would highly recommend!

Thanks Chad!

We recently had our roof replaced by Construction Unlimited, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the team was professional, thorough, and respectful every step of the way.

Special thanks to Jerry Shaw, who was our representative throughout the process. Jerry was incredibly well-informed and provided honest, straightforward guidance about the different roofing options available. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each product, making sure we felt confident and comfortable with our decisions.

His communication was consistent and clear, and he always showed up on time, ready to help. What stood out the most was Jerry’s integrity and genuine interest in making sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction. His attention to detail and customer-focused approach truly exceeded our expectations.

The quality of the workmanship was top-notch, and the crew left our property clean and in great condition. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Construction Unlimited—and especially Jerry Shaw—to anyone in need of roofing services.

Outstanding professional presentation by Gabriel who came out to give us a quote on siding replacement. very much looking forward to the quote.

Class Act that honors their warrantee! Not a fly by night company, these guys are solid. My story is that wee had a roof put on with Construction Unlimited after a hail storm and it went great. We ended up having a leak 4 years later around the chimney that damaged drywall in our ceiling. I called Construction Unlimited and they honored their 5 year warranty without hesitation. The worked for a solid day hard, and fixed the issue and did more than I expected by creating a small gable on the front side of our chimney so the water would run away from the chimney. They also added a thick underlayment in the trouble area and installed new flashing. Lastly they repaired the damaged drywall and everything was perfect. Back in the day I was a roofing sales rep and I can tell you this company did great work and didn't think twice about helping. It's hard to find good contractors but this is one of them. I will always give them my business!

Working with Albert D has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their knowledge of construction products, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping clients made a huge difference in our project. They weren’t just trying to make a sale — they truly listened to what we needed and offered smart, cost-effective solutions that fit our budget and timeline. Communication was always clear and timely, and their follow-through was impressive. If you’re looking for someone in construction sales who’s honest, reliable, and really knows their stuff, Albert D is the one to call. Highly recommend!

Edwin and the entire Construction Unlimited Roofing Company were very easy to work with and helped me with all the navigation of getting the insurance claim settled quickly. They all explained the entire process and checked in with me often throughout the process. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

My experience with Construction Unlimited was great. Gabriel Guerra was very helpful and understanding of the needs I had for my roof project.

I am so impressed with these guys. They are the best. Without them, it would have been a lot more difficult to fix my roof. They fought for me and ensured that my insurance company did what they were supposed to do, holding them accountable and preventing predatory practice against me after the last hurricane. They were very responsive and involved me every step of the way. I will for ever be grateful to them. Construction Unlimited truly comes highly recommended.

I needed a roof inspection and called Construction Unlimited in Apopka. I'm Grateful that I was made aware of this professional company. I had the opportunity to work Edwin, Alec, Jaden, and Amber. I was, and am impressed with how professional, kind, and
concerned they were to complete my roof inspection, so I could send the info to my warranty company. I even asked for extra help in sending the needed info, having a deadline to meet! I found out this company is more than a roofing company. They are a "Construction Unlimited " Company. The very Best-the service was excellent, and I did feel they cared! It's USA, and I enjoyed the conversations with each professional listed above.
Thanks again Construction Unlimited. Sharon

Rafael and crew were great. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a roof. Thank You, Construction Unlimited

My experience with Alex and Unlimited Construction has been excellent. Alex is very helpful and knowledgeable about all the options for my roofing and siding project. I would not hesitate to recommend Unlimited Construction to family and friends.

Rafael has been amazing through out this process. He has been available to me by phone & in person in a timely manner to answer questions I’ve had along the way. I truly appreciate his going above & beyond customer service.

Excellent experience all around. From the dumpster arriving on the driveway to it being collected was 26 hours total. The actual time of full roof installation was 7:30am - 5pm. The work crew were efficient and courteous. The clean up process was impressive, leaving no trace of any debris in the yard. We even stayed inside the house throughout as we were worried our pet birds would freak out - but they were fine, as were we!

I am writing this short note to commend the exceptional service we received from your sales representative Rafael Fernandez. I’m happy to leave this review for Rafael Fernandez as he’s taking care of dozens of my clients over the last 15 years and never fall short. I have nothing but the very best to say definitely would recommend and by the way I’m a State Farm insurance agent we normally don’t refer people to anybody, but I am comfortable and confident in his abilities and his companies abilities to always do the right thing the first time.
