Constraction reviews in Apopka, Florida

Rafael represented your company well. Also, the support (Cole) team were excellent. I highly recommend CU. We are very satisfied with all the materials I had to choose from. Rafael is very customer service oriented and was always a text or phone call away.

Construction Unlimited is a 5 star company! Not only did they do a great job, they exceeded our expectations. From the first moment I spoke with Clay I knew I was in great hands. Clay and crew went above and beyond with helping us choose a color shingle for our roof and worked with our schedule to get it installed quickly. Thank you, Clay and Crew for a job well done!

Florida State construction is top notch. Very professional and on time with all work done. 5 stars is not enough.

Florida State Construction saved us. Another contractor had left my kitchen incomplete. FSC came in and completed the job fast and better. They made suggestions that improved my kitchen. Everyone is so impressed with my coffee bar. Thank you FSC.

They were always on time and showed up to do the work. Work was done in a conscientious manner and all work completed to my satisfaction and within the time period we discussed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their home.

The team sent to do the job was EXCELLENT. They showed up on time and was always courteous and very patient when I continually asked questions. I took video instead of pics, so I cannot upload their amazing work. The team went above and beyond when they repainted a shelf in my bathroom unbeknownst to me. That, plus their professionalism earned them a generous tip and an excellent review.

FSC put our kitchen back together after having a water leak resulting in all our lower cabinets needing to be removed. They matched the upper cabinets nearly exactly. The counter is beautiful. There was a hiccup with the glass tile install, but they made it right, right away. Brady was responsive and easy to get a hold of. I would have no issue hiring them again in the future.
They also helped us navigate the claim with our insurance to get an appropriate amount for the repars.

The Team at Florida State Construction, LLC did an outstanding job for us on two properties. They handled mold remediation, AC unit installation, duct work, and a number of finishing touches with great professionalism and attention to detail. We can’t thank you enough for everything! On to the next project! Thank you.

Good experience! Hired them to install tile and do wallpaper removal, drywall repair, and painting. They were communicative, clear and reasonable. Everything you could ask for!

Based on the way your employees drive nearly causing accidents in a company car, I wouldn’t trust you to fix a cardboard box.

Fantastic job! Steve kept in touch for entire process. His team was excellent, knowledgeable and very efficient. The job was done with vert little inconvenience to us. Staff explained all they were doing, were courteous and always cleaned up everything at end of workday. We are very happy with results, and highly recommend them.

I have worked with many General Contractors in the past but none have compared to the quality of work and attention to detail given by Steve and his team of knowledgable sub contractors. He is plugged into his team in a way that keeps him aware of and on top of any/all issues that often arise during a construction project. He is a very Fair minded guy which is so very rare to find in the construction industry. There is no doubt who I will be hiring for our next home improvement project - Florida State Construction, LLC and Steve Cecere.

So happy we decided to use Florida State Construction to help with our remodel. They were very professional from start to finish and everything turned out wonderful. I would highly recommend to others!

With Florida State Construction Steve has done an outstanding job for us. What we liked the most was the amazing communication that we had from start to finish. I definitely recommend this company!

Very nice crew. All professional. They did very good job to fix the floor, AC, walls. Very patient and kind. I highly recommend this company.

FSC installed the flooring in our living room project. Their services was outstanding, the installation quality exceeds all expectations, but we were most impressed how CLEAN was the whole work area from starting date to finished. THE FINAL PRODUCT WORTH EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Florida State Construction goes above and beyond for each and everyone of their clients, from Quick response, and timely communication the remodel for my client went smooth with no issues highly recommended!

Florida State Construction has been a lifesaver for us on so many levels these past few years with the number of projects we've had going on: Two new roofs, leaks, insulation, remodeled bathrooms and much more. We are forever grateful for the commitment to excellence that they exhibit in customer service.

We had Florida State Construction repair a wall that we had a water leak resulting in damage and black mold. FSC did a top notch job setting cost expectations and stayed to that but more importantly did a superb job with the repair in a very timely manner. Also they cleaned up after the job very well. I highly recommend FSC for you home repair needs and we certainly are pleased and will utilize them again when needed.

Florida State Construction has done a terrific job rebuilding my downstairs due to flooding from Hurricane Milton. They were at my house quickly and demo the space after a foot of water entered my house. They have started the remodel and I couldn't be happier with the progress. I will post photo's as soon as we are done. Very professional and do what they say they will do in a very tight timeline. Highly recommend Steve and his team.

I had a fantastic experience with Florida State Construction! When my commercial property on Merritt Island needed precise trim and finish carpentry, they exceeded my expectations. From my initial call for an estimate to the completion of the project, the FSC team demonstrated exceptional skill, punctuality, and a remarkable attention to detail—qualities that can be hard to find in the construction industry.

Working with the owner, Steve Cecere, was a pleasure. He provided a prompt and accurate estimate during the bidding process. I highly recommend Florida State Construction for anyone in need of quality work.
