I asked J&J to trim up my two oak trees before hurricane season. The sales guy was terrific. Took pictures, marked specific branches to be cut, sent quote of $1800 with illustrations of our agreement, they'd need to put down boards so machinery didn't damage my lawn, all good. However, what actually happened was quite different. Way more of trees were trimmed than agreed. On the smaller tree, no problem. But I was shocked that the larger, older tree was really hacked, way more cut than agreed. AND THEN, my neighbor, who would take the whole tree out if he could, hired J&J on the spot to take off more large branches on his side. Despite my objections, J&J's aborist said it was fine; but really, what would he say? No boards went down, lawn was damaged. The crew didn't speak English well, the manager called me back & we discussed it, but damage done. My expensive landscape is shade-loving and now is in full sun much of the day. I paid J&J & tipped the four guys $20 each. But I'm not happy & won't hire them again.

We had a huge, diseased sycamore in our backyard that needed a crane over the house and a lift with a chainsaw operator to remove it. Besides being done in 45 minutes, the cost was half what our two other quotes were for regular tree climbers and time span needed.
Amazing crew and company!

Called this morning because a tree was blocking my well from being repaired, J&J came right out gave fair price and returned by 4:30pm and had tree trimmed away from well. They left area cleaned up and ready for well repair. Excellent service and pricing! Highly recommend

Eric and his team arrived promptly to clean my tree up and did a fabulous job cleaning up all of the debris.
Price was fair and all workers wore helmets and eye protection. It just shows how they go over and above for safety.

Overall extremely poor encounter. They don't return calls after promising to callback. They don't follow instructions/requests on trimming trees. They wanted/demanded payment upfront before work was done, even before they were onsite. They charged to trim a tree that was already trimmed stating that there is a standard tree charge regardless of how little is trimmed. They left clippings on the lawn. Then was told that they can't trim the tops of trees as the tree trimming service does not include tree tops. The photos are the after the "trimming" was complete.

Super happy with this company. Very professional, very helpful and did a great job trimming my tree. This is the first time I used J&J and will use them again.

AWESOME!! Would give em 10 Stars if I could!! Great communication and on time every step of the way! We had a big oak with a power line grown into the tree...They coordinated shutting the line down with Duke & brought out that new 60 and they were done in no time! Raked, Swept & Blew off everything! AWESOME! The only people I'm using from now on!

My neighbor was getting their trees trimmed and I was in need of a palm tree removal because it was leaning too far towards my driveway. I spoke with the foreman of the job, he took some pictures and sent them to the main office. Within 5 mins they had a very fair price to remove it and within 45 mins, it was cut down and sent through their chipper. I would highly recommend J&J to anyone looking for a fast, job WELL done, and amazing customer service! Thanks Guys!

Class act start to finish! Highly recommended. They removed 40 yo oak in 90 minutes over the house & left a nice stack logs for firewood. Mess is gone. Terrific service at a great price! Beat the next lowest quote by $1000. Honest.

These guys amaze me... I've used them several times now to cut down or trim trees and I'm shocked at what an incredible job they do from start to finish EVERY time. They are so professional and so experienced it makes every job a breeze. Plus just kind humans. I truely appreciate their excellent service.❤️

I I've used this service a few times now, and they do a pretty good job. The drivers and pick-ups are also really nice. The only downside I've noticed is that the price seems to fluctuate. It went up $50 from July to November, which I guess must be due to inflation. Overall, I'd still recommend them.

In less than an hour J&J's team pruned my fruit tree and cleared the overgrown and half dead stuff in my yard down to the roots... things that would have taken me weeks or months to do myself (if I could.) And cleaned up completely. I'm very happy with the results!

Over the past 10-years, they have competitively bid & done multiple tree trim & tree removals for us. And in each one, their professionalism & good service has shined through.
