Daniel and his crew were prompt, very professional and did an excellent job as per the quote!
HOWEVER, they ruined the sidewalk with multiple cracks from the equipment footpads causing the concrete to start fall apart. After several attempts with promises to ‘make it right’, nothing was done.
The sidewalk was installed 1 year prior due to the large tree roots so it was new with zero cracks.

Darryl came out and gave me an estimate that was way more competitive than any other service. 3 weeks later, after bidding out other companies, their quote was still the best. Workers were extremely professional, working around my specific requests around our garden and home They even did extra work on the day that was a late add on my part, and the clean up was exactly as expected. I should note too that they came out from Apopka to my home in Altamonte which I was also surprised by. All in all, the crew kept me posted on the work they did, kept our garden intact, and even cleaned up my neighbors yard which had some shared trees. Would recommend these guys to anyone in the Seminole County area, west of I4.

We got dey wood, but for our indoor fireplace we needed extra dry. They came and took the old wood, replaced with new for no extra charge. They stand by their product.

I tried for 10 months to get people out to my house to trim trees and cut and remove a fallen tree. One tree trimming company actually insulted me. That's another Dr Phil show! The day I called these guys, they came out and gave me an estimate! I was scheduled and they showed up today! They did an amazing job. Very professional. Very thorough. Very affordable. Very courteous! After everything was done, Darryl came out to inspect the job. I am impressed! I recommend them highly.

My parents just had a tree cut back. J&J's came out and trimmed the tree and cleaned up everything. Wonderful crew so not only does the business get 5 stars but also the crew. Fantastic job! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Totally professional crew that made sure they left my yard in better condition than when they arrived even after trimming a huge oak tree. Will be the only service I use and recommend to friends.

You get what you pay for. Except here. You pay LESS and get actually get a better service.
They own their crane equipment, making it possible for them to charge reasonably. Everybody wins.

Removed a large hazard tree; brought significant equipment to bear onto the project. Were on time and completed the work very quickly. Very pleased.

Competitively priced tree removal and stump grinding was provided to me for my diseased 45 year old sugar maple tree that was over hanging an aluminum carport. I got 3 quotes and did my research online with Google and Yelp. From the beginning with quote and site visit, I was highly impressed with professionalism of Jason that at end of visit I had made my choice! I received within minutes a professional affordable quote via email with a picture of the tree included! Immediately signed contract and within days received my scheduled dates for work to be done. Tree was removed by a friendly professional crew of 4 men. They each had a role and were super fast. The equipment was all clean and shiny and the crew had all proper safely equipment. Would have made OSHA proud. Stump grinding was done the next day. He was also friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Can't say enough of how impressed I am and as an elder woman and long time homeowner of an old property that says a lot!!! Do your homework and you too will chose J & J's.

J&J’s Lawn and Tree Services was professional from start to finish – this is the second time we have used their services. They came to assess the lay of our land and gave us a free quote the same day, so we accepted and set up a date and time for the service immediately. Jerry and his team were punctual, professional, and kind. Jerry explained what the service would entail and answered all of the questions I had -needless to say, the entire process was straight forward and hassle free. The teams at J&J did excellent work at our house. First they did stump grinding of a large bald cypress. When the mulch from the stump was so deep that they couldn't reach the bottom of the stump, they came back to finish the job another day at no additional cost. They also do a great job trimming several cypress trees, palms and a live oak. They came when they said they would and cleaned up all of the mess. We are very happy with their work.

I cannot overstate just how impressed I was with J&J’s tree removal service. I recently had to have a stump removed behind my home. A professional and pleasant young man, Jose, did a fantastic job. He precisely maneuvered a robotic stump grinder through a fence gate and around bushes, bird bath and feeders without any difficulties or issues. The office staff was very helpful and I promptly received call backs. The equipment they used was remarkable. Without a doubt, I would recommend this company to friends and family. One last note - a shout out to Jose. He did a great job!

I am very impressed with the service J&J performed on removing 2 large oak trees. I wasn't sure how they were going to perform such a major task (well to me it seemed to be). They made the job seem so easy and very organized and professional. I would highly recommend them for service. Was very pleased and they deserved 10 stars.

Quick callback. Appointment set promptly. Sales person was knowledgeable about the problem and thorough in his analysis and price quote. I got three quotes and J&J was the lowest. They have a very nice scheduling system with texts and phone calls making sure we were ready for the work. The tree was huge (90-100ft) and threatening our house with a crack going down the middle of the trunk. It required a crane to slowly drop the tree piece by piece. I had concerns about possible damage to the yard, but the team that came out was thoughtful and easy to work with and talk to. They did a great job from the initial call to the final removal. J&J was terrific. I highly recommend them.
