After getting several estimates to take down a 65' tree J&J had the best price, they were on time and took the tree and did a couple of other things that needed taken down for a very reasonable price and did a great job cleaning up, will use them again for any future needs, would highly recommend

Jeff and his crew do a phenomenal job from start to finish with everything cleaned up before they leave. The crew is prompt, courteous and have knowledgeable arborists on staff.

One of the most satisfying job I ever had done. I hired J&J’s Lawn and Tree Services in January to cut the parts of a huge tree next door that overhangs to my property. I would 100% recommend these guys. They came on time and did a wonderful job. They were polite and did an excellent clean up afterwards.

Today at about 1ish J&J grapple truck broke down in front of my home, instead of getting a tow truck. They set up shop in my front yard coolers and all, draining there antifreeze and other fluids into my yard while working on there truck in the middle of the road. I was assured it would be a quick fix and that my grass replaced.
Unfortunately 3+ hours later it’s still in my front yard UNATTENDED. After a Sheriff coming out and leaving, I contacted the owner who stated he would pay the invoice to have it replaced then once received he said NO! That the job would be 30$
Accused me of “owning” the company I hired ( my lawn guy…)
And told me that actually that’s NOT MY PROPERTY

So needless to say instead of taking 30$ from him I’ll pay the almost 900$ myself to replace and treat my front yard and just share my experience so you know who you’re hiring.

Guys had attitude waving to me in the rain taking there sweet time throwing there hands up

Owner kinda had a well tough luck attitude and 0 customer support or respect

J&J Tree Service gave me a reasonable estimate for the removal of two very old/tall pine trees that had been struck by lightening.

The estimator and staff were prompt about scheduling the work and the crew arrived on schedule. ALL staff took the time to answer my questions.

The work was completed by their crew in a professional and skilled manner which I appreciated since the trees were very close to my home and dangerous.

I will recommend J&J Tree Service to my friends and family in the future.

The team did a great job, removed several dangerous trees with ease. While the weather made scheduling difficult, we eventually got it done. The crane operators, Philipe and Willie, along with the rest of the crew did a great job. I’ll be using them again.

J & J did a tree removal job for me last week. There was a 4 man crew that did the work. The tree was very close to our Florida room. Job went very well. In and out very quickly. No problems at all. These guys were awesome. If you need work done J&J is the one to call.

We got like 7 quotes from different companies. J&J Tree Service was the cheapest. Their liability insurance is current (posted on their website and verified).

Their team arrived right on time and took down a dead tree (struck by lightning) in less than 3 hours.

They cleaned up everything and it was like they were never here. Same for the tree.

The stump grinder arrived the day he was supposed to. He was a bit behind due to having so many jobs. But when we called the office they updated us on his new estimated time of arrival and it was spot on. The stump grinding was seemless and fast. He cleaned up after himself and even helped me remove another stump from a smaller tree next to this one.

The office team was extremely helpful with billing. This tree is right on the property line with our neighbor so we split the cost. They were willing to split the invoice and take our half in cash and the neighbor's half in credit card.

Overall perfect!

I would use them again in a hot second.

Nothing else to say but what a great company, their workers were clean, professional, and courteous. They walked the job with us and made sure we knew how the job was going to work. Their efficiency was amazing. Nothing was broken, damaged, or out of place when they left. The crane operator knew exactly what to do and their arborists had a plan and they were on top of it. They showed up on time and ready to work. The fact they took safety into consideration showed the professional actions of this company.100% will use again and we will be referring them to who ever needs tree work. Such a great job.

As a former licensed arborist in Maine I know a little about tree work. I can tell you that these guys know their business. I had a 60+ foot dead pine in my back yard which they took down in 90 minutes with zero lawn. plant, or building damage. The limbs and logs were neatly piled on the side of the road and an hour after the job was done one of their trucks came and loaded the debris, including leaves and pine sprills. Kudo's to Jeff, Willie and the others for a job well done.

I had a fantastic experience with J&J Grapple! They returned my call immediately and actually showed up 20 minutes earlier than scheduled — which was a great surprise. The driver was courteous, professional, and handled the pickup of large tree debris and stumps quickly and efficiently.

Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the size of the load. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend J&J Grapple and will definitely use them again!

I initiated a call to this amazing company for help to deep clean my bosses home. Gave me an excellent quote over the phone. They scheduled the service and arrived on time. This was a deep clean and boy did they do a deep clean! Everything looks AMAZING! They are super nice and really went above and beyond. We are now scheduled monthly with them.
