We had a very large project at Monterey Mushrooms that needed to be done which took about 6 weeks to complete. All of their staff were very professional and courteous to our staff. If I was looking for a tree service company, they would be the 1st and only company I would call.

Daniel did a great job of restoring our four-acre property after Hurricane Idalia felled over a dozen trees and left the yard looking like a war zone. He and his colleague did everything from tree climbing to tree removal to stump grinding. They were very conscientious and professional, and did the job for a fair price.

Had Chain Reaction Tree Service remove two huge Oak Trees that were close to our house. They took precautions to make trees fall in correct direction. They did an excellent job that included cutting down the trees, removing trees and their associated limbs, and raking up all the twigs and leaves.

Chain Reaction Crew did an Amazing Job Cutting down a Massive 80 foot tree that had been a threat to our home each hurricane. It was so nice to see their teamwork and how quick they had it chopped up and removed and stump grounded quicker than we ever expected. Our yard looked beautiful when they finished.We Highly recommend this family owned and operated tree service.

***EDIT*** I initially gave them a 5 star review but updated the review due to an issue. Initially Daniel and his team were incredibly responsive and were able to provide an estimate extremely quickly. They had fair and competitive pricing. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to talk to me about other trees in the yard that didn't need removal quite yet. After the estimate, they quickly answered follow-up questions and were able to get my tree removed within the week. When stump removal was "completed", a massive amount of mulch was left. I didn't want the mulch and had actually wanted that disposed of but didn't want to have to call them back out as it had taken 2 days to complete the job. Prior to hurricane Idalia, we began to remove the mulch when we discovered that the main root and part of the stump was actually just covered up by the mulch and not removed as agreed upon. The root was specifically addressed during the estimate and the start of the job, as it was the main root causing issues with the house's siding. I emailed the company with pictures and asked them to come back to remedy the situation as payment had already been made for the stump removal. I never received a response from the company. I called multiple times and left a voicemail. My husband called and spoke with the owner, who assured us after the hurricane they would fix the issue.

After some communication issues, which was addressed with the owner and rectified, he informed me that the stump removal portion of the job had actually been contracted out. The guy's name was Rob of Rob's Tree Service. I spoke with him directly and he was rude, disrespectful, raised his voice at me, and tried to get me to waive all liability for him to get the stump and root ground more. He made every excuse for why it wasn't done properly the first time and even trespassed onto my property when I wasn't home and had not made an appointment with him. I updated Daniel about the issue with him and he apologized for the contractor's behavior and was able to send out someone else. The new guy was quick and got everything out that we needed.

The removal of the main body of the tree was fine and I'm glad we could work together to get the stump and root grinding rectified. Daniel was open to feedback and I think any issues will be corrected moving forward and I would recommend him and his team for tree removal.

I would hire this company again & again!! Professional, courteous and knows how to get the job done!!!! Very reasonably priced as well.

Daniel and his crew have done several jobs for our family. He has always been on time and provided top quality work at a fair price. Our yard is always cleaned up when he is finished. Lots of attention to detail with this company. We highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of tree work!

Daniel and his team did an incredible job clearing a large section of overgrown trees, and took care of pruning the remaining ones for shape and health. During the estimate process, Daniel’s knowledge and advice was noticeably better than any of the other companies I’d spoken with. That experience and professionalism carried through to every part of the job - from the precision of taking the trees down, to the stump grinding, to the clean up. He was also accommodating when I had to add to the scope of the project, which was greatly appreciated. We had other jobs lined up that were dependent on the additional, unplanned work and he made adjustments to help us get things done in time. Truly above and beyond. His crew was also amazing. You could tell they really cared about the work and protecting the property during the removals. Not a single thing was disrupted or damaged which is astonishing for the amount of trees that were removed. I highly recommend them for any tree related work.
