Tree came crashing down on my house. Andrew's team showed up the next morning with a crane and got the tree off the house in a few hours.. They knew how nervous I was about the lifting the tree over the house. They made it an easy process and cleaned everything up before they left. I would recommend them to anyone that has a tree issue or just needs a review of their trees. Andrew is an arborist and gives great advice on handling tree needs. The Crane team from Ocala were amazing. I can't thank them enough for a job well done.

SavATree did a great job trimming and pruning the tress at our business. They also were able to fertilize an old Oak that has been on the property for generations. Great customer service and communication.

I live in Silver Springs and Savatree had their guys come out with a free quote and valuable free info. leading to us making a far safer choice of tree removal than the relatively safer tree we almost prioritized by accident. To remove the more dangerous laurel oak awesome Steve and another incredible worker came, did a bang-up job, and were a pleasure to work with.

The whole process from start to finish was very good. Prompt. Professional. Attentive to detail & safety...not just for us but for our trees. As Andrew explained, they would rather try and save trees than cut them...but these trees needed to come down. He and his crew were fabulous & I would highly recommend. them!

I can’t say enough good things about SavATree Orlando and, especially, Andrew. They recently serviced my centuries‑old live oak, which is truly the crown jewel of my property, and the experience was on a completely different level than anyone I’ve worked with before.

I’ve had other companies cut and service this tree over the years, but none of them ever approached it with a true tree‑health‑first mentality. From Andrew’s initial consultation, it was immediately clear how different this was. As a certified arborist, he taught me things about my tree I had never known and was genuinely excited to get the chance to work on it. That excitement mattered to me. This tree isn’t just big, it’s history, and I wanted it treated that way.

The before‑and‑after photos speak for themselves. They removed deadwood, made thoughtful, correct cuts to preserve the health of 100+ foot limbs, and cleared vines that were suffocating parts of the tree. Everything was done with care and intention, not just to make it look good today, but to keep it healthy for years to come. Andrew even threw in some extra work on other trees on my property as a thank you, which was completely unexpected and very appreciated.

When it came time for the actual service, Andrew showed up with a team of three and walked them through a full briefing on exactly what he wanted done. The crew was professional, efficient, and just as excited as he was to get up there and get to work. It was refreshing to see a team that clearly loves what they do and isn’t just there to punch a clock.

I’m genuinely thrilled with the results and can’t wait to host more gatherings under this centerpiece of our home. I’m also really glad I’ve found Andrew and the team at SavATree to help care for it for years to come. It’s rare to find people who put this much care, time, and respect into preserving a living piece of history. Kudos to them.

I reached out to different tree care companies, and decided to hire Amazon Tree Care because I felt his price was fair for the work that needed to be done. The owner, Manny was the one who came by to provide me with the estimate and assess what needed to be done. I ended up adding two other trees that I wasn’t planning on trimming but based on his suggestions I added those to the project. We agreed that he will be at the house the next day to complete the work arriving between 8:30 and 9:00 am. At 9:40 he called to let me know that he was running a bit late, to which I said that we agreed on him arriving between 8:30 and 9, but he insisted that he didn’t say that. At that point I said you are already late even if you said 9:30 am and I am now gone from the house to which he said no problem as long as I have access, and I said not to the back of the house but you can get started with the two trees in the front until I get there (there is no controlled access or gates to access the trees in front of the house). I explained that I had left to go for a run but that I was going to be back shortly. When I arrived to the house by 10:12 am, Manny still had not arrived to the house. I called him and told him that I wasn’t feeling comfortable with his unreliability and lack of respect of time and that I was going to cancel the job, to which he said “ok”.

As for the quality of his work, I can’t say anything, but for the quality of conducting business, I don’t recommend him.

Had a huge dead tree in my backyard that was already dropping dangerous size limbs in strong winds that desperately needed to come down without smashing my new fence. Manny and his crew took it down safely and had the place cleaned up even faster than expected at a great price. Highly recommend. Thank you Amazon Tree Care!

Many hours later ... crickets!

Not surprised though, it is so hard to get good service these days!!

They removed 2 oaks for me on my rental property. The one larger oak was touching my house. My tenant called me and said they were removing a huge one at the Nieghbor house. John came right over and gave me a estimate at a great price and saved my rental. Highly recommend them.

Guys should up and did just as discussed with our storm work! We had a tricky tree in front yard with root system cracking our foundation. Hired these guys and from the first contact to last they kept us completely informed of this difficult oak.very happy and very well mannered crew! Thanks Florida tree masters!

Florida’s Tree Masters removed two large mature trees from my front yard of my house in Orange Park near Jacksonville. Sara Primo explained to me they would fell the trees whole onto the lawn. I was disappointed with the crew because the trees were dropped on a very nice Crepe Myrtle tree and Magnolia tree in the front yard. The crew used a tracked front loader to haul the trees away and piled it on the lawn in the cul-de-sac. Half of the Crepe Myrtle and Magnolia tree branches were broken off and the lawn in the front yard and cul-de-sac were roughed up from the loader. The crew did not use much care in avoiding damage to the trees in my front lawn or minimizing damage to the lawn. The crew worked very fast in felling the trees and getting away from the job site. I would not recommend Florida’s Tree Masters for residential tree work where it is important to avoid damage to the surrounding trees and lawn.

They came out, did tree service in Nov of 2024, were doing work in our neighbhood and came door to door. Went with them because they have "20yrs of expierence, and we're licensed and insured". His team did great until the supervisor left, and they damaged the skylight literally 5 mins after he left the site. I had expressed major concerns BEFORE they did the work about it being broken because of how they would need to remove the trees as our backyard didn't have good access or safe ground (moles and voles are the devil for your yard) so they'd have to do via the roof. "Not a problem ma'am we'll be careful, I'll be here for the entire removal, blah blah blah, etc etc etc" then he leaves the site after saying he's gotta run to another before the job was over. That was my first worry. And as you know 5 minutes later, we hear them break the skylight. I called the "supervisor" and the "owner" to inform them both. They tell me they'll get it fixed. I trusted them, and even paid them in full for the job, on the promise they'd sort it out and repair it. Because ya know, "20 yrs and all"

Well, it's currently JUNE OF 2025 the skylight IS STILL BROKEN, and everytime I ask about it I get the same sob story, "I've been busy, things are crazy due to holidays etc" basically the run around.

So if you don't want to be screwed over and chasing someone to repair what THEY BROKE, I'd suggest anyone but this team.

Excellent service by this company today. I had them take down three 30 foot coconut trees in my front yard. The trees had multiple obstructions and barriers but the team had no problem removing them. They were clean, precise, and they had the right equipment for the job. In terms of cost, they were by far the most reasonable quote I received and I will keep recommending them to everyone.
